Dubai Fitness Challenge 2026 Schedule for Free Classes, Activities
The Dubai Fitness Challenge 2026 schedule runs from 31 October to 29 November. Three Fitness Villages hold free walk-in classes every day, 34 Community Fitness Hubs run free sessions across Dubai, and four flagship events, from Dubai Ride to Dubai Yoga, fill the weekends.
The Dubai Fitness Challenge 2026 schedule starts on Saturday 31 October, with the first class at Kite Beach at 7:15am. The class timetables for the first week are now out for all three Fitness Villages, up to Friday 6 November. Dubai Ride follows on Sunday morning.
Dubai Fitness Challenge 2026 Schedule
This guide shows you what is on, where and at what time, so you can plan a free workout for every day of the month. We have divided the schedule in three parts:
We last checked every time on this page on Friday 30 October 2026, at about 11am UAE time. The village classes come from the official booking site. The hub sessions come from each hub's page on dubaifitnesschallenge.com and the schedule it links to.
Timetables can change, so check your day before you go. For a village, open the booking site, choose the village, then tap Classes and the day. Village classes need no booking, but each zone has a limit, so arrive a few minutes early.
Courts at the villages need a booking on the same site. Most hubs also need a free booking, and the hub's own page has the link. The tables below say "walk in" or "book" next to each hub.
Dubai Fitness Challenge Schedule by Date
Every day of the challenge has free classes in all three Fitness Villages. The villages publish one week at a time. On 30 October, only the timetable for 31 October to 6 November was out. So the first week is below day by day, with the real class times. The weeks after that show the big events and the hubs that open. Their village classes appear on the booking site about a week ahead.
The villages run the same zones every day. Each zone starts a 30-minute class about every 45 minutes:
Main Stage, MMA for children, teens and adults, gym, yoga and Pilates (MHERO Wellness)
