Dubai Yoga 2026 takes place on Sunday 29 November, and its booking form is not open yet. It is the free closing event of the Dubai Fitness Challenge, and you can sign up for the Challenge now.

The time of day is still not settled. The official site now calls it Dubai's biggest sunset yoga session in its menu, while its FAQ still describes a sunrise session. The start time and the venue are not announced.

Dubai Yoga 2026 Date and Time

Dubai Yoga 2026 is on Sunday 29 November 2026. It is day 30 of the Dubai Fitness Challenge, which runs from Saturday 31 October, so it is the event that closes the month.

The start time is not announced. On 15 October 2026 the start time box on the official Dubai Yoga page read "Stay tuned".

Sunset, sunrise or afternoon? Four official answers
What each part of dubaifitnesschallenge.com said on 15 October 2026.
SITE MENU
Sunset
“Join Dubai's biggest sunset yoga session”
HOMEPAGE
Sunrise and sunset
“uplifting sunrise and sunset sessions”
DUBAI YOGA PAGE
Afternoon
“an unforgettable afternoon”, activities “throughout the afternoon”
OFFICIAL FAQ
Sunrise
“a unique sunrise yoga experience”, activities “throughout the morning”
The start time box on the Dubai Yoga page reads “Stay tuned”. In 2025 the gates opened at 2:30pm and the main session ended at sunset.

So is it a sunset or a sunrise session? The official site does not give one answer yet. Different parts of the site use different words:

  • The site menu says "Join Dubai's biggest sunset yoga session".
  • The homepage speaks of "uplifting sunrise and sunset sessions", which may mean there will be two sessions.
  • The Dubai Yoga page itself promises "an unforgettable afternoon".
  • The FAQ describes "a unique sunrise yoga experience" with activities "throughout the morning".

The newest wording, in the menu and on the homepage, adds sunset. The first Dubai Yoga in 2025 was also an afternoon event that ended at sunset. Until a time is published, keep the whole of Sunday 29 November free and do not book anything that depends on the hour. All times on this page are UAE time.

Dubai Yoga 2026 Venue

The venue is not announced. The official Dubai Yoga page says "Location details will be announced soon", and the Visit Dubai events calendar lists the place only as "Dubai".

The first edition, in 2025, was held at Zabeel Park, on the lawns and in the amphitheatre below the Dubai Frame. Zabeel Park is also a 30x30 Fitness Village in 2026, where Dubai Ride and Dubai Run bibs are collected. That does not make it the Dubai Yoga venue, so wait for the official word before you plan your route.

The official FAQ lists what will be at the venue: parking (subject to availability), restrooms, food and drink outlets, water stations, an information desk and a prayer room. No road closures or shuttle buses have been announced.

Getting there if it is Zabeel Park again

This is for planning only, because the venue is not confirmed.

  • Metro: take the Red Line to Max station (the old name was Al Jafiliya). Gate 1 of Zabeel Park is the closest gate to the station.
  • Bus: feeder bus F09 runs from Max station to Gate 4, the Dubai Frame entrance.
  • Car: the car park by Gate 4 is small, and the FAQ says parking depends on space, so the Metro is the safer choice on a busy Sunday.

Dubai Yoga Registration

You need two free registrations, and only the first one is open now.

  1. The Dubai Fitness Challenge account. It has been open since 28 September 2026. It signs you up for the month-long Challenge and gives you the profile where your Dubai Yoga booking will later appear.
  2. The Dubai Yoga booking. This is a separate form, and it is where you choose your zone. On 15 October 2026 the Dubai Yoga page had no booking button.

How to sign up for the Dubai Fitness Challenge now

  1. Open the login page with the button above.
  2. Type your email address and press Continue, or choose "Connect Via Google" or "Connect Via Facebook".
  3. Follow the steps to create your account. Add your children under "My family" in your account, so you can book them in later.

The account itself is not a Dubai Yoga place. It only makes the booking quicker when the form opens.

When the Dubai Yoga form opens

The opening date is not announced. Last year the form opened in the first week of November, about three and a half weeks before the event, and it was linked from dubaiyoga.ae. Today that address forwards to the official Dubai Yoga page, so that is the page to check.

When the form opens:

  • Choose your zone in the form. You cannot change it on the day.
  • Book your group at the same time if you want to practise together, and make sure everyone picks the same zone.
  • Keep the confirmation email. It contains a unique QR code for entry, and the code is also in your Dubai Fitness Challenge profile.
  • There is nothing to collect before the event. At the check-in desk you get a wristband for your zone.

If you book and then cannot go, cancel in your Dubai Fitness Challenge profile, so the place can go to someone else.

Which zone to choose

There are four zones, and the zone you pick in the form decides where you practise. Ushers show you the way when you arrive.

Pick your zone in the form
You cannot change zones on the day. Ushers walk you to the zone on your wristband.
GENERAL
Anyone
Solo, with friends, beginners and regulars.
FAMILIES
Children under 16
Magicians, face painting and bubble artists in this zone.
LADIES ONLY
Women and girls
A women-only area for the whole session.
ACCESSIBLE
People of Determination
A dedicated accessible zone.
Anyone under 18 must come with a parent or guardian, whatever the zone.
  • General is for everyone: alone, with friends, beginners and regular yogis.
  • Families is for families with children under 16, and it has its own entertainment: magicians, face painting and bubble artists.
  • Ladies Only is a women-only area.
  • The accessible zone is for People of Determination.

Children are welcome, but anyone under 18 must come with a parent or guardian. You do not need any yoga experience. The official FAQ says the session is designed for all levels, including complete beginners.

What to Bring to Dubai Yoga

Bring your QR code, a refillable water bottle and a light jacket, and very little else. The official FAQ says there will be no lockers, and yoga mats are provided, so you can leave your own mat at home.

Pack light: there are no lockers
From the official Dubai Yoga FAQ, checked 15 October 2026.
BRING
In your pocket
• QR code on your phone
• Refillable water bottle
• Light jacket
• Phone on silent
PROVIDED
On site
• Yoga mats
• Water stations
• Food and drinks to buy
• Restrooms, prayer room, information desk
LEAVE AT HOME
Not needed
• Your own yoga mat
• Big bags
• A heavy meal in the hour before
Wear loose, stretchy clothes that are modest. No event T-shirt has been announced for Dubai Yoga.

Here is the advice from the official FAQ, in short:

  • Clothes: loose, stretchy and breathable, and modest, out of respect for local culture. The FAQ adds "it may be chilly", which is why it suggests a light jacket.
  • Water: drink well before and after the session, and refill your bottle at the water stations.
  • Food: eat light, and avoid a heavy meal in the hour before you start. Food and drinks are sold at the event.
  • Phone: switch it off or to silent during the session, but keep it charged for your QR code.

Is there a Dubai Yoga T-shirt? No T-shirt or kit has been announced for Dubai Yoga, and the FAQ says nothing needs to be collected before the event. The free T-shirt you may have seen belongs to the Dubai Run.

What Happened at Dubai Yoga 2025

Dubai Yoga is new. The first edition was on Sunday 30 November 2025 at Zabeel Park, and it closed the ninth Dubai Fitness Challenge. The Dubai Media Office said "thousands" took part, but it gave no exact number.

The gates opened at 2:30pm. Through the afternoon, teachers Yash Moradia and Sara Medina led shorter sessions. Then, as the sun went down, Dylan Werner, a former US Marine and paramedic who now teaches yoga, led the main session in front of the Dubai Frame. Mats were free, and the evening ended with a fireworks display that nobody had announced.
