Dubai Fitness Challenge 2026 Registration (Open): How to Register Online, Sign Up and Log In

You register for Dubai Fitness Challenge 2026 for free on the official website with an email address, Google or Facebook, and you must be 18 or older. There is no official app. Signing up by 30 October enters UAE residents in Register and Win, but Dubai Ride, Run, SUP and Yoga each need their own booking.

Dubai Fitness Challenge registration is open now. If you want to take part in the Dubai Fitness Challenge 2026 which starts on 31 October, then you should fill the form now. It is free, it takes a few minutes on the official website, and there is no app to download: you sign up with an email address, a Google account or a Facebook account.

If you register by Friday 30 October and live in the UAE, you are also entered in Register and Win, a prize of flights and a hotel stay for two friends or family members to join you at Dubai Run. One thing surprises many people, though: the account does not book you a place at Dubai Ride, Dubai Run, Dubai Yoga or Dubai SUP. Each of those is a second, separate step.

Dubai Fitness Challenge Registration

This guide walks you through the sign-up form box by box, then shows how to add your children, log in, reset a password and enter the prize draw, and what to do when the form will not let you through.

How to Register for Dubai Fitness Challenge Online

You register on the official login page, dubaifitnesschallenge.com/en/login. The same page handles new sign-ups and logins, so there is no separate "register" address to find. The Register & Win button at the top of the official homepage opens the same page.

Before you start, have these ready:

  • an email address you can open on your phone, because the site sends a verification link to it
  • your date of birth, exactly as on your Emirates ID or passport, because it cannot be changed later
  • your mobile number
  • a new password of at least 8 characters, with a capital letter, a small letter, a number and a special character

Step 1: Open the login page and type your email

The page is headed "Log in or create an account", with the line "Enter your email address to get started". Type your email in the Email box and press Continue.

The site then checks whether that email already has an account. If it does, you see a "Welcome back" screen asking for your password, which means you are already registered (more on logging in below). If the email is new, the page changes to a form headed "Join the challenge".

Step 2: Fill in the "Join the challenge" form

The sign-up form asks for your personal details. These are the boxes, by the names the form uses:

  • First name and Last name, in two separate boxes
  • Date of birth, chosen from a calendar ("Select date")
  • Gender
  • Nationality, from a list
  • Country of residence, from a list, then Emirate and City if you live in the UAE
  • Phone number, with a country code list in front of it
  • WhatsApp number, which you fill in only if you want updates on WhatsApp
  • Password and Confirm password

Most problems in this form come from three of those boxes. The form has fixed rules for them, and it shows an error message under the box when a rule is broken:

What the sign-up form will accept
From the error messages built into the official sign-up form, read 15 October 2026.
PASSWORD
8 characters or more
• at least one capital letter
• at least one small letter
• at least one number
• at least one special character, such as ! or #
NAMES
2 to 16 characters
• first name and last name in separate boxes
• letters and numbers only, so no hyphen or apostrophe
AGE
18 or older
• the date of birth cannot be changed later
• children are added by a parent instead
Example: “dubai2026” is rejected (no capital, no special character). “Dubai2026!” is accepted.

The date of birth matters most. Next to it the form warns "This cannot be changed later", and if the date makes you younger than 18, it refuses with "You must be at least 18 years old to create an account". So check the year before you move on.

The name boxes take only letters and numbers, from 2 to 16 characters each. If your name has a hyphen or an apostrophe, type it without one. If your first name is longer than 16 characters, use the first part.

At the bottom of the form are two tick boxes:

  1. "I agree to receive updates from Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET)." This is for marketing. You can leave it empty.
  2. "I consent to the processing of my personal data in line with Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET)'s Privacy Notice." This one is required. Without it, the form stops you with "Please confirm your consent to continue".

Complete the "I am not a robot" check if one appears, then press Agree & sign up.

Step 4: Verify your email address

When the form goes through, the page says "You're all set! Please check your email". Your account is created, but you cannot log in yet.

Open the email from Dubai Fitness Challenge and press the verification link inside it. The website then shows "Your email has been verified successfully", and from now on you log in with the same email and password. If you try to log in before you verify, the site stops you with "Please verify your email address to continue".

Your registration is complete once the email is verified. The site may also ask which activities interest you. You can answer, or press Skip.

Sign up with Google or Facebook

Under the email box, after the word "OR", are two buttons: Connect Via Google and Connect Via Facebook. Either one skips the password, because the site uses your Google or Facebook login instead.

You still have to complete your profile. The first time you connect, the site says "It's your first time here" and asks for the details it could not get from Google or Facebook, such as your date of birth and country of residence. Fill those in, tick the consent box and continue.

Remember which button you used. Next time, press the same one to log in, because an account made through Google has no Dubai Fitness Challenge password of its own.

What Dubai Fitness Challenge Registration Gives You

Registering creates your free Dubai Fitness Challenge account, and that account is your sign-up for the 30x30 challenge itself: 30 minutes of activity a day for 30 days, from 31 October to 29 November. People also call this DFC registration or Dubai 30x30 registration. It is all the same thing.

The account does four jobs for you:

  • It signs you up for the month-long challenge.
  • It enters you in Register and Win, if you live in the UAE and sign up between 28 September and 30 October.
  • It is the login you need to book the four big events when each booking opens.
  • It holds your family. A parent adds children under My family, because the website does not let anyone under 18 open an account.

The official FAQ says the challenge is free to join. Most classes during the month are free too, but some events run by other companies may charge an entry fee, so check each listing.

Registering is not the same as booking an event

This is the part many people miss. Your account is not a place at any event. Each of the four flagship events has its own free booking, and the official FAQ says registration is required for every one of them, for safety reasons.

One account, then four separate bookings

Each event booking uses the account you create today. A place in one event does not give you a place in another.

Here is where each booking stands on 15 October 2026:

  • Dubai Ride (Sunday 1 November) is open. Press Register on the official Dubai Ride page, and the site asks you to log in to your Dubai Fitness Challenge account first.
  • Dubai Stand Up Paddle (7 and 8 November, Hatta Dam) is closed for booking. Its event page said "Registration has now closed" on 23 October 2026. The event still runs.
  • Dubai Run (Sunday 22 November) is not open. Our Dubai Run registration guide has the steps for when it does.
  • Dubai Yoga (Sunday 29 November) is not open, and its time and venue are not announced.

Two rules apply to every booking. Each adult books individually, because there is no group booking. And a booking can be cancelled in your Dubai Fitness Challenge account but not changed: to switch a route or a start gate, you cancel and book again.

How to Add Children to Your Dubai Fitness Challenge Account

Children do not get their own account. A parent or legal guardian adds them under My family in the parent's account. That is because the website only lets people aged 18 and over create an account.

To get there, log in, open your account menu and choose My family. The page's address is dubaifitnesschallenge.com/en/account/my-family, and it opens only when you are logged in. We could not see the form inside without an account, so we cannot list its boxes yet.

What the official FAQ does say about children at the events:

  • A parent or legal guardian can register up to three children for Dubai Ride, and up to three for Dubai Run.
  • For anyone under 18, the parent or guardian accepts the event waiver on the child's behalf during booking.
  • Under-18s at Dubai Run and Dubai Yoga must come with an adult.

Add your children now, so your family is already in your account when each event booking opens.

Dubai Fitness Challenge Login

You log in on the same page you registered on: type your email on dubaifitnesschallenge.com/en/login and press Continue. What comes next depends on how you signed up.

Three ways back into your account
All three start on the same login page: type your email and press Continue.
1
Password
Type your Dubai Fitness Challenge or Visit Dubai password and press Login.
2
One-time code
Press Send OTP, open the email, type the code and press Verify OTP.
3
New password
Use Forgot password. A reset link arrives by email.
If you signed up with Google or Facebook, press the same button again to log in.

Log in with your password

After Continue, the "Welcome back" screen asks for "your DFC or Visit Dubai account password". So if you already have a Visit Dubai account with the same email, that password works here too. Type it and press Login.

If the site says "Your password is incorrect. Please try again", check that Caps Lock is off. After too many wrong tries, the site locks the account for a while with the message "User locked out. Too many failed login attempts. Please try again later". Wait before you try again, or use a one-time code instead.

Log in with a one-time code

Below the password box is a line, "Prefer to login with OTP?" An OTP is a one-time password: a short code the site emails you. Press Send OTP, open the email, type the code into the box and press Verify OTP. If the code does not arrive, press Resend OTP?.

This is the easiest route if you have forgotten your password and only need to get in once, for example to book Dubai Ride.

Reset your Dubai Fitness Challenge password

To set a new password, use the "Did you forget your login information?" link on the login screen. It opens a page headed "Forgot password", which asks for your email "to receive the verification link".

Type your email and press Forgot password. The site confirms "Password reset email sent successfully". Open the email, press the link, and choose a new password that follows the same rules as before: 8 characters or more, with a capital letter, a small letter, a number and a special character.

If you signed up with Google or Facebook, there is no password to reset. Press Connect Via Google or Connect Via Facebook instead.

Dubai Fitness Challenge Register and Win

Register and Win is a prize draw that you enter automatically by creating your Dubai Fitness Challenge account between 28 September and 30 October 2026. Entry is free, and there is nothing else to fill in. The official terms call it a competition, and the winner is chosen by a panel from the organisers.

Register by 30 October for your chance to win
From the Register and Win terms and conditions, read 15 October 2026.
28 SEPTEMBER
Competition opens. Every new registration on the website is an entry.
30 OCTOBER
Competition closes. Registrations after this day are not entered.
BY 2 NOVEMBER
One winner announced and emailed. Reply within 72 hours.
22 NOVEMBER
The winner's two guests take part in Dubai Run.
THE PRIZE
For your two guests
• return Emirates flights
• two nights at SIRO hotel
• two AED 1,000 vouchers
• guaranteed Dubai Run places
Open to UAE nationals and residents only, one entry per person, and no cash alternative.

The prize is for two guests of your choice, friends or family, to come to Dubai and take part in Dubai Run on 22 November with you. The terms list what it includes:

  • two return Emirates flights for your guests, from a city Emirates flies to
  • two nights at SIRO hotel for your guests
  • two shopping vouchers of AED 1,000 each
  • guaranteed places at Dubai Run

Who can enter Register and Win

The terms are stricter than the challenge itself. Read them before you count on the prize:

  • Only UAE nationals and UAE residents can enter, and the winner must show a valid Emirates ID and proof of residence if asked.
  • Only individuals can enter. Companies and other organisations cannot.
  • One entry per person, however many accounts you make. Duplicate registrations, and registrations with false details, are void.
  • Staff of Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism and its companies, and their close families, cannot enter.
  • Both guests must be at least 13 and come from the same country. A guest under 18 must travel with a parent or guardian, who signs a waiver.

What happens if you win

The winner is announced by 2 November and contacted at the email address used to register. You then have 72 hours to reply, accept the prize and send proof of your age, such as a passport, with your residence or nationality. If you do not reply in time, the prize can go to someone else.

The organisers may arrange and pay for your guests' entry visas, at their own choice, but other costs in Dubai are yours. The prize cannot be swapped for cash or given to another person. So check that inbox, including the junk folder, every day from 31 October to 2 November.

Dubai Fitness Challenge 2026 Registration for Companies and Schools

The official website has no sign-up form for a company or a school. Every account is for one person aged 18 or over, and the Register and Win terms say companies cannot enter. So everyone in your office or staff room registers on their own, with the steps above.

The official FAQ does speak to groups. It says organisations can take part and tells them to "register your team" and to contact the organisers to find out more. In practice, that means two things for a team leader:

  1. Ask each person to register individually, and to add their children under My family if they have any.
  2. Write to the organisers through the Contact us form on the official site. Fill in your first name, last name, email address and phone number, choose General enquiry as the enquiry type, and say in the message (up to 500 characters) that you are registering a company or school team. Then press Send message.

If what you really want is a team leaderboard, two of the official app partners offer one. Core Direction and ACT Catalyst Engage both list "Government/Corporate" leaderboards, and Core Direction says it lets you run challenges for employees or students in your own private space. For the big events, remember the rule from above: Dubai Ride and Dubai Run have no group booking, so a team goes together by booking the same start gate or start time.

If Dubai Fitness Challenge Registration Does Not Work

Most failed sign-ups come from a handful of rules in the form. Go through them in this order before you contact anyone:

  1. "This email address is already in use". You are already registered, perhaps from last year or through Visit Dubai. Log in instead, or reset your password.
  2. The password is rejected. It needs 8 characters or more, with at least one capital letter, one small letter, one number and one special character.
  3. "Only letters and numbers are allowed". Remove hyphens, apostrophes and accents from your name.
  4. "You must be at least 18 years old to create an account". Check the year of your date of birth. Children are added by a parent under My family.
  5. "Please validate recaptcha". Complete the "I am not a robot" check again before you press Agree & sign up.
  6. No verification email. Check your junk and spam folders. If the link has expired, the site says "We couldn't verify your email" and asks you to request a new link.
  7. "User locked out". Too many wrong passwords. Wait, then log in with Send OTP.

If none of that helps, use the Contact us form on the official site, choose General enquiry or Complaint as the enquiry type, and describe what you typed and the exact message you saw. The site does not publish a phone number or an email address for registration problems.

FAQs

Do I need to register again if I took part last year?

Type your email on the login page and press Continue. If you see the "Welcome back" screen, your account already exists and you only need to log in. The Register and Win terms count registrations made between 28 September and 30 October 2026, and they do not say whether an older account is entered.

Can tourists register for Dubai Fitness Challenge?

Yes. The sign-up form has a country of residence list that covers every country, and the login page also accepts a Visit Dubai account. Register and Win is the exception: only UAE nationals and residents can enter it.

Is Dubai Fitness Challenge registration free?

Yes. The official FAQ says Dubai Fitness Challenge is free to join, and Dubai Ride, Dubai Run, Dubai SUP and Dubai Yoga are free events too. Some events run by other companies during the month may charge their own fee.

When does Dubai Fitness Challenge registration close?

No closing date is published for the challenge, which runs from 31 October to 29 November 2026. Register and Win closes on 30 October, so sign up before then if you want to be entered.

How do I cancel my Dubai Ride booking?

Log in to your Dubai Fitness Challenge account and cancel it there. The official FAQ says bookings cannot be changed, so to switch your route or start gate you cancel and book again.
