1. Dress Your Ride at Dubai Ride 2026

Dress Your Ride is open, and you enter it on the ride morning itself. It is a new contest for the best costumes and decorated bikes at Dubai Ride. It is also the only prize on this page that you win in person.

Picture fairy lights on the handlebars, a superhero cape, or a whole family dressed as one team. You do not sign up separately. You decorate your bike, put on a costume, or do both. Then you pose for the official event photographers along the route. That photo is your entry.

The four categories suit different riders. A solo rider with a striking bike can aim for best overall bike or most creative theme. A parent riding with children fits best family costume. A group of friends or a company team fits best group costume.

You do need a Dubai Ride place and your bib. The place is free, and bib collection ends on Saturday 31 October at 11pm at Zabeel Park. Our Dubai Ride registration guide shows you how to book.

The judging and the winners' announcement have not been published yet. There is no list of what you may not wear either. Until the organisers say more, keep your costume safe to ride in:

• Keep your helmet on and easy to see. Every rider must wear one.
• Leave out anything loose that can catch in the wheels or the chain.
• Keep your eyes and your view clear.
• Fix decorations so they stay on at 25km/h, the event's speed limit.
• Slow down and smile when you pass a photographer.

Khaleej Times reported the four categories and the AED 10,000 prize on 17 October 2026. Everything else about the morning, from the start gates to what to bring, is in our Dubai Ride 2026 guide.

2. fitze Step Challenges: AED 1 Million in Rewards

The fitze step challenges open on Saturday 31 October. fitze is a free app that counts your steps and turns them into rewards. It is an official app partner of the challenge, and it has the biggest prize pool this month: AED 1 million.

The app gives you three ways to win:

1. Free step challenges. Some have daily winners. The prizes include iPhones, trips abroad, hotel staycations, electronics, home appliances, and shopping and dining vouchers.
2. Streaks. You set your own step goals. Each time you meet one, you get a guaranteed payout into your Careem wallet.
3. The mega challenge. Finish it and you get a chance to win a new Jetour T1 car, the biggest single prize this month.

To join, download fitze from the App Store, Google Play or AppGallery. Then connect the step counter you already use. The app reads these:

• Apple Health
• Samsung Health
• Google Fit
• Huawei Health
• Fitbit
• Garmin

Each challenge sets its own rules inside the app. Before you count on a prize, open the challenge and check two things. Is it a leaderboard or a draw? And how many steps do you need? You may also see a free fitze smart ring offered with an SIB credit card. That is a bank product with its own terms. It is not a prize.

3. VIWELL Cash Prizes

VIWELL pays out the most cash of any prize this month. VIWELL is a wellbeing app and an official app partner. You can use it for free during the challenge, on your own or through your company.

Here is what you can enter in the app:

• A big step challenge with a cash pool of AED 50,000.
• Four weekly learning challenges, built with Harvard Health, each with AED 3,000 in cash prizes.
• Consistency challenges that reward steady sleep, readiness and activity.
• Eight weekend events in person, which you book in the app.

Download VIWELL and sync your watch or phone. You can also type in your activity by hand. The app works with these:

• Apple Health
• Samsung Health
• Google Fit
• Huawei Health
• Fitbit
• Oura
• Whoop
• Garmin

Each challenge says in the app how it picks its winners. Read those rules before you count on a payout.

4. Dubai Residential One Billion Steps Challenge

Dubai Residential's walking challenge opens on Saturday 31 October for the people who live in its communities. Dubai Residential is one of the city's largest landlords. It has set its 21 communities a shared goal of one billion steps. It runs the challenge with the Department of Economy and Tourism and the Dubai Sports Council.

You log your steps on the fitze app, and every step adds to the community total. The top walkers win these gift cards:

Going to the community fitness events earns you something too: a free talabat Pro subscription. The events include yoga, Zumba, HIIT, sports challenges and activities for families. They take place in these communities:

• Layan
• Shorooq
• Ghoroob
• The Gardens

The announcement does not say how the top walkers are ranked. It also names only four of the 21 communities. If you rent from Dubai Residential, ask your community office how to join. The details come from the announcement of 27 October 2026, in which the challenge's senior manager, Yaqoub Al Zarouni, welcomed the plan.

5. Other Dubai Fitness Challenge App Rewards

These smaller app rewards open on Saturday 31 October. Twenty-two apps are official partners of the challenge this year. Most of them give you free access or discounts, not prizes. Four of them say you can win something:

Your workplace may have prizes too. These apps run private challenges for companies, and they are free or cheaper this month:

• Hadify
• LVL Wellbeing
• MyActiveHub
• Wellbees

Any prizes there are set by your employer, so ask your HR team.

The official site also has a Deals and Offers page, with 65 discounts from gyms, shops and hotels until 29 November. Those are offers, not prizes, so you still pay for what you use.

6. Dubai Fitness Challenge Register and Win (Closed)

Register and Win closed on Friday 30 October. It was a free competition for UAE nationals and residents who signed up for the challenge. The winner gets to bring two friends or family members to Dubai to take part in Dubai Run with them on 22 November.

The winner will be named by Monday 2 November. A panel from the organisers will choose one winner from all the valid entries. They will email the winner at the address used to register. The winner then has 72 hours to reply and accept.

If you registered in time, you were entered automatically. There is nothing more to do. Just watch your inbox, and check your spam folder too.

The prize comes with a few rules:

• The two guests travel, not the winner. They must be friends or family from the same country of origin, flying from a city that Emirates serves, and at least 13 years old.
• A guest under 18 needs a guardian, and that guardian must be the second guest.
• Other costs in Dubai are not covered. If a guest's visa is refused, the prize is lost.
• There is no cash alternative, and the prize cannot be passed to someone else.

The organisers ran a very similar prize in 2025, for people who registered before 31 October 2025. So it may well return next year.

Does Dubai Fitness Challenge 2026 Have Prize Money?

No. You get no prize money just for taking part. You sign up for free and aim for 30 minutes of activity a day for 30 days, and finishing the 30 days earns no reward of its own.

The four big events pay no prize money either, because nobody is timed. Dubai Ride and Dubai Run are community events, not races. Dubai Stand Up Paddle has no racing, and Dubai Yoga is a set of big group classes. The prizes on this page come from competitions that run alongside the challenge.

Dubai Fitness Challenge 2026 Winners and Results

The big events have no results, and each prize names its winners at a different time. Dubai Ride, Dubai Run, Dubai Stand Up Paddle and Dubai Yoga have no finishing times, positions or winners' lists, because none of them is a race. Here is when each prize is decided:

1. 30 OctoberRegister and Win closedEntries were all registrations from 28 September
2. 31 October to 29 NovemberStep challenges on fitze, VIWELL and Dubai ResidentialDaily, weekly and final winners, as set in each app

No competition on this page charges you to enter. If a message says you have won and asks for a payment or your card details, do not reply. Check it on the official site or in the app first.
