Four days. That is all the time you will have to pick up your Dubai Ride 2026 bib. Collection will run from 28 to 31 October 2026 at the Dubai Municipality 30x30 Fitness Village in Zabeel Park, and it will end the evening before the ride. Your T-shirt will be handed over with it, if you chose one when you registered. Turn up on Sheikh Zayed Road without a bib on Sunday 1 November and you will not be allowed to ride.

Not registered yet? Booking is open

You need a Dubai Ride registration before you can collect a bib, and the T-shirt can only be chosen in the booking form. Registration is free: register on the official Dubai Fitness Challenge site. Our Dubai Ride 2026 guide walks you through it step by step.

Where to Collect Your Dubai Ride Bib

Bibs will be collected at the Dubai Municipality 30x30 Fitness Village in Zabeel Park, according to the official Dubai Fitness Challenge FAQ (read 2 October 2026). It is one of three free Fitness Villages planned for Dubai Fitness Challenge 2026, and the only one whose location has been confirmed so far.

Zabeel Park sits beside the Dubai Frame, between Karama and Sheikh Zayed Road. The exact gate for the village has not been published for 2026, so check your registration email before you set off.

You do not need to bring your bike. Collection is a counter visit, so the Metro is the easy way in.

How to get thereDetail
Dubai Metro, Red LineMax station is the closest to the park, about 5 to 10 minutes on foot to Gate 1. ADCB station is 1.1 to 1.4km away, on the Karama side

When Is Dubai Ride Bib Collection 2026?

Collection will run from Wednesday 28 October to Saturday 31 October 2026. The ride is the next morning, Sunday 1 November.

That is a far tighter window than Dubai Run gets. Runners will have three weeks; riders will have four days, and three of them fall before Dubai Fitness Challenge itself begins on Saturday 31 October.

The official FAQ says collection timings are provided during registration. So the daily opening hours will reach you through your booking, not through a public page. If you have registered, look at your confirmation screen and email. We will add the hours here as soon as they are published.

Saturday 31 October will be the crush

The last day is the opening day of Dubai Fitness Challenge and a weekend, and everyone who has put it off will arrive together. Go on Wednesday or Thursday evening if you can. T-shirt sizes are also likeliest to be complete early in the window.

What to Bring to Collect Your Bib

The official FAQ names one thing: your registration QR code. Bring:

  • Your registration confirmation on your phone, with the QR code visible. Take a screenshot in case the signal in the park is poor.
  • The QR codes of anyone you are collecting for. Each rider needs their own bib.

Nothing else has been listed for 2026. No fee will be charged, as the bib and the T-shirt are part of free entry.

Can Someone Else Collect My Bib?

Yes. The official FAQ says friends and family can collect on your behalf by showing your registration QR code. If you cannot reach Zabeel Park in those four days, send your confirmation to someone who can.

This is the practical answer for groups, too. Each adult has to register individually, but one person can make the trip with everyone's QR codes.

Your Dubai Ride T-Shirt

The T-shirt will be collected with your bib. The official FAQ says "a T-shirt is available to participants who selected one during registration", so you choose it in the booking form, not at the counter. If you skipped it, you should not expect to be given one on the day. The 2026 design and sizes have not been announced.

Children's Bibs

Parents and legal guardians can register up to three children for Dubai Ride 2026, and children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult, according to the official FAQ. Every registered rider will need a bib, so collect one for each child on your booking. You can pick up the whole family's bibs in one visit.

No Bib, No Ride

The official FAQ lists three things as mandatory on the day: a fully operational bicycle, a helmet and your attached bib. Anyone without a bib will not be allowed onto the route, and there will be no collection at the start gates. Saturday 31 October is your last chance.

Do

  • Register now, while booking is open
  • Collect on Wednesday or Thursday if you can
  • Keep your QR code as a screenshot on your phone
  • Attach the bib before you leave home on ride morning

Don't

  • Plan to collect at your start gate on 1 November
  • Leave it to Saturday evening
  • Hand your bib on to someone who has not registered

Lost Your Bib, or Changing Your Route?

Lost bib. The official FAQ says you will have to register again and collect a new bib. That only works while collection is still open, so check you still have it before 31 October, not at 4am on Sunday.

Changing route or start gate. A Dubai Ride booking cannot be edited. To switch between the 12km Sheikh Zayed Route and the 4km Downtown Family Route, or to move to a different start gate, you cancel in your Dubai Fitness Challenge account and register again. Do it before you collect. The FAQ does not say what happens to a bib you have already picked up, so if you change after collecting, expect to make a second trip.

After Collection: Ride Morning

Dubai Ride 2026 will take place on Sunday 1 November. The official FAQ recommends arriving between 4am and 6am, with headlights on your bike if you come early. Routes will open at 6:15am, all cyclists are expected to start by 7:30am, and the route will stay open until 8am.

Bring your bike, your helmet and your attached bib, plus the T-shirt and a filled water bottle. Bikes are not allowed on the Dubai Metro, and there will be no bag drop. Our Dubai Ride 2026 guide covers the routes, the five start gates, the rules and the road closures.

Running Too? Dubai Run Bib Collection

Dubai Run bibs will be collected at the same Zabeel Park village, but later: 2 to 21 November 2026, ahead of the run on Sunday 22 November. The two collections do not overlap, so you cannot pick up both in one visit. Our Dubai Run bib collection guide has the details.
