Dubai Ride 2026 Registration (Open): How to Register Online, Book and Log In
Dubai Ride 2026 registration is free and open now on dubaifitnesschallenge.com. You sign up for a Dubai Fitness Challenge account, then book the ride: any children, an emergency contact, the 12km or 4km route and a start gate. Collect your bib at Zabeel Park from 28 to 31 October.
Dubai Ride registration is open now. You should register before the ride which is on Sunday 1 November 2026, and it costs nothing. You book online on the official Dubai Fitness Challenge website, and Dubai Ride is the morning when Sheikh Zayed Road closes to cars and opens to bicycles.
There are two parts. First you create a free Dubai Fitness Challenge account, and then you fill in the Dubai Ride booking form inside it. This guide takes you through both, with the real field and button names, and tells you what to do when the form stops you.
Dubai Ride Registration
In this guide you will find every step of the sign-up and the booking form, which route and gate to pick, how to book children and friends, how to log in later and cancel, and what to do if something goes wrong.

How to Register for Dubai Ride Online
You register for Dubai Ride online, on the official Dubai Fitness Challenge website. First you create a free Dubai Fitness Challenge account, and then the Dubai Ride booking form opens by itself. There is no app and no paper form. Set aside about 10 minutes if you are booking for a family.
Have these ready before you start:
- an email address you can open on your phone, because the site sends you a verification link
- your mobile number
- the first name, last name and date of birth of each child you are booking
- the name and phone number of an emergency contact, ideally someone who is not riding
- a group code, if your company or club gave you one
Step 1: Register for the Dubai Fitness Challenge
You need to first register for Dubai Fitness Challenge 2026.
You cannot book Dubai Ride without this account. If you already have one, log in and go to Step 3.
To register, fill in:
- your name
- your date of birth
- your email address
- your phone number
- a password
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, so type your date of birth carefully. Your password needs at least 8 characters, with a capital letter, a small letter, a number and a special character such as ! or #.
Step 2: Verify your email address
After you register, the site sends a verification link to your email. Open the email and click the link. If you cannot find it, look in your junk or spam folder.
Step 3: Log in with the same email and password
Now you can register for the individual event - Dubai Ride.
When you click the verification link, the site asks you to log in. Use the same email address and password that you just registered with. Once you log in, the Dubai Ride registration form opens automatically, so you do not need to look for it.
Step 4: Choose whether to add a child
The form first asks whether you want to add a child. If you are riding alone, skip this. If you are bringing children, add each one with their first name, last name and date of birth. A parent or guardian can add up to three children. The section on booking children and groups below explains the rules.
Step 5: Add an emergency contact and a group code
Next, enter an emergency contact: their name, their relationship to you and their phone number. Choose someone who is not riding, so the organisers can reach them if you are hurt.
Below that is a box for a group code. Leave it empty unless your company or club gave you one.
Step 6: Choose your route and start gate
Now choose your route: 12km or 4km. When you pick a route, the form shows you its starting gates, and you select one gate:
- 12km Sheikh Zayed Route: Gate A, B, C, D or E
- 4km Downtown Family Route: Gate F, Downtown Dubai
Pick the gate that is easiest for you to reach early in the morning. The section on choosing your route below helps you decide.
Step 7: Review and confirm your details
The form then shows all your details on one page. Check every name, the route and the gate carefully before you confirm, because you cannot change them later. Then confirm your registration.
Step 8: Save your confirmation
Your registration is complete when you see the confirmation page. It shows your registration number and a QR code, and it has a PDF that you can download. The site suggests that you download it, and you should: you need the QR code to collect your bib at Zabeel Park.
You cannot amend your registration. If you need to make any changes, for example to the route or the gate, you have to cancel your registration and register again. The login section below shows how.
Is Dubai Ride Registration Free?
Yes. Dubai Ride is free, and the booking form has no price and no payment step. The official FAQ says the event is free but registration is required "for safety and security reasons". So nobody, on any website, should ask you for money to book Dubai Ride.
Free entry does not include a bicycle or a helmet. You bring both, and the official FAQ says no rental bikes are provided at the event. Our Dubai Ride 2026 guide lists what entry covers and what it does not.
Which Dubai Ride Route to Choose When You Book
Choose the 4km Downtown Family Route if you are riding with children or you rarely cycle, and the 12km Sheikh Zayed Route if you ride often. The official FAQ says the 4km route is "designed for children and families" and the 12km route is "intended for experienced cyclists".
The gate decides where you start, and the official FAQ says you finish at the gate linked to your start gate. So pick the gate that is easiest for you to reach before sunrise, because roads around the routes close that morning and bikes are not allowed on the Metro.
There is no minimum age. Dubai Ride is open to all ages, but the official FAQ asks parents to make sure younger riders can complete the route they choose. Riders under 18 must be with an adult on the day.
People of Determination can ride either route. The site promises dedicated start zones and volunteer support at the start and finish, with more details given during registration.
Registering Children and Groups for Dubai Ride
A parent or legal guardian books children inside their own booking, up to three children per adult. Every other adult books separately, from their own account.
Booking your children
In the Your family section, choose children you have already added under My family in your account, or press Add a child and type their first name, last name and date of birth. Pick a T-shirt size for each child. The junior sizes in the list are Junior M and Junior L.
For each child you tick a consent box. In it, you agree as the parent or legal guardian to the use of the child's personal data. The official FAQ says the parent or guardian accepts the registration waiver on the child's behalf.
If a child is 18 or over, the form will not take them. It says they "can sign up for their own DFC account anytime", and they book the ride themselves.
Riding with friends or a group
There is no group booking. The official FAQ says each adult must register individually, for safety reasons. To ride together:
- Agree on one route and one start gate before anyone books.
- Each adult books from their own account and picks that gate.
- Agree on a meeting place before you reach the gate, as the FAQ suggests.
If your employer or club organises a team, it may give you a corporate group code to type in the form. That code links your booking to the group, but each rider still books for themselves.
When Does Dubai Ride Registration Close?
No closing date has been published, and no limit on numbers either. On 15 October 2026 the official pages said only that registration is required.
In practice, your deadline is earlier than the ride. Bib collection ends on Saturday 31 October, and nobody can ride without a bib. So book by the end of the week before, and earlier if you want a choice of T-shirt sizes.
The form also has two messages that would appear if booking closes: "Registration for this event is not available at the moment" and "No slots available". If you see either, check the official Dubai Ride page and our Dubai Ride 2026 guide for news.
Dubai Ride Login: Find or Cancel Your Booking
To see your booking, log in at dubaifitnesschallenge.com and open My events from your account menu. Dubai Ride appears under Registered events with your route, start gate and T-shirt sizes.
At the log-in page, type your email and press Continue. If you have an account, the page says "Welcome back" and asks for your password. If you have forgotten it, you have two choices:
- Log in with OTP. Press Send OTP, open the email, type the code and press Verify OTP. An OTP is a one-time code.
- Forgot password. The site emails you a link to set a new password.
How to cancel or change a Dubai Ride booking
You can cancel a booking, but you cannot change one. The booking page says: "You cannot amend your registration. If you need to make any changes, please cancel and re-register."
So to move to another gate or route, or to change a T-shirt size, press Cancel registration in My events, then book again. The site warns that once you cancel, you must register again to take part. If you can no longer ride at all, cancel anyway, so the organisers know you are not coming.
What Happens After You Register for Dubai Ride
After you register, you collect your numbered bib, and your T-shirt if you chose one, at the Dubai Municipality 30x30 Fitness Village in Zabeel Park, between Wednesday 28 and Saturday 31 October 2026. The official FAQ says collection times are given during registration. Bring your registration QR code. A friend or family member can collect for you with it.
There is no collection on ride morning, and the official FAQ says anyone without a bib will not be allowed to ride. If you lose your bib, you must register again and collect a new one. Our Dubai Ride bib collection guide covers the trip to Zabeel Park.
On Sunday 1 November, the FAQ recommends arriving between 4am and 6am. The routes open at 6:15am, everyone starts by 7:30am, and the route stays open until 8am.
If Your Dubai Ride Booking Does Not Work
Most problems come from the account, not the booking form. Find the message you see in the card below, then follow the fix.
A few problems have no message:
- No verification email. Look in your junk or spam folder. If it is not there, go back to the log-in page and try Log in with OTP. If a code arrives, your account exists.
- Next does nothing. Look for an empty box marked with a star. In the emergency contact, names take letters and spaces only, and the phone number needs 9 to 15 digits.
- A child is missing from the list. Add them in the form with Add a child, or under My family in your account first.
If none of that helps, use the Contact us form, linked at the bottom of every page of dubaifitnesschallenge.com. It is the only contact route the site offers.
FAQs
Is there a Dubai Ride app for registration?
No. Dubai Ride is booked on the Dubai Fitness Challenge website, dubaifitnesschallenge.com, from a phone or a computer. No separate app is needed.
Is dubairide.com still the place to register?
No. Some news reports still give dubairide.com, but the official Dubai Ride page and the booking form are on dubaifitnesschallenge.com.
Does the 30x30 sign-up also book my place on Dubai Ride?
No. The Dubai Fitness Challenge account is only the first step. Your place on the ride exists only after you confirm the Dubai Ride booking form and see the confirmation page with your registration number and QR code.
Can tourists register for Dubai Ride?
The sign-up form asks for your country of residence and lists every country, so the form does not limit Dubai Ride to UAE residents. You must collect your bib in person at Zabeel Park between 28 and 31 October, or send someone with your QR code.
Can I register for Dubai Ride on the day?
No. Bibs are given out only from 28 to 31 October, and nobody can ride without a bib.
