- Dubai Run 2026 has a T-shirt. It is available to participants who select one during registration. About the T-shirt

- Dubai Ride has a T-shirt too. Dubai Ride booking is open, and Ride shirts are collected at Zabeel Park from 28 to 31 October.
Still not announced: the T-shirt colour, design and sizes, collection times, the stock limit, the other two Fitness Villages and the Dubai Run booking date. Key facts
Dubai Run T-Shirt 2026
When people say the Dubai Run T-shirt, they mean the official event shirt for Dubai Run which will be held on 22 November. It goes to people who select one when they register for the run. It is not sold anywhere. The design changes every year, which is why so many people in Dubai have a small pile of them.
“For 2026, the official Dubai Fitness Challenge FAQ confirms it: a T-shirt is available to Dubai Run participants who select one during registration.”

There has been a free t-shirt for Dubai Run every recent year, and 2026 is no different. The change this year is that you select it in the registration form.
Stocks were limited every year up to 2025. The FAQ does not say whether 2026 stock is limited, so do not leave it late.
Broadly, there are three ways to get the Dubai Run T-shirt 2026, as follows:
Dubai Run T-Shirt 2026: Will You Get One By Registering?
Last year, everyone who registered early for Dubai Run, a flagship event of the Dubai Fitness Challenge 30x30 was eligible for a free t-shirt with their race bib. However, the t-shirts were limited stock so they ran out early. The ones who collected them first got it. The shirts ran out on 27 October, about three weeks after sign-ups opened.
The same thing happened in 2021 and 2023. For 2026, the official Dubai Fitness Challenge FAQ (read 2 October 2026) confirms there is a shirt: "A T-shirt is available to participants who selected one during registration." It does not say whether numbers are limited, so do not wait.
This is how you get one:
- Sign up on the official Dubai Run page when booking opens. It is free. Booking had not opened on 2 October 2026. Use the Register button on dubaifitnesschallenge.com/en/dubai-run so you land on the real form.
- Select a T-shirt in the registration form. The shirt goes to participants who selected one during registration. Skip it and there is no shirt for you.
- Pick 5km or 10km, and pick a time slot. Arrive during the slot you select. The run starts at 6:30am and the start line closes at 8:00am.
- Sign up everyone who is coming with you. One registration each. A parent or guardian can register up to three children.
- Save the confirmation email. In past years it carried a QR code. Screenshot it.
- Collect your bib and t-shirt at Zabeel Park, 2 to 21 November 2026. Both are handed out at the Dubai Municipality 30x30 Fitness Village. Collection times will be shared with registered participants.
- Bring the bib and the shirt on the day. The official FAQ asks runners to bring their attached Dubai Run bib number and Dubai Run T-shirt. The bib is mandatory — you cannot start without one.
Dubai Run T-Shirt 2026 Collection
Confirmed for Dubai Fitness Challenge 2026. The official FAQ (read 2 October 2026) says participants collect their bibs and T-shirts from the Dubai Municipality 30x30 Fitness Village, Zabeel Park, from 2 to 21 November 2026.
Here is how it works:
- The organisers will NOT post you the t-shirt or bib.
- You collect your bib and t-shirt (if you selected one) in person, at the same time.
- Collection times will be shared with registered participants.
- The last day is Saturday 21 November, the day before the run.
Go early in the window, not at the end
Everyone leaves collection of bibs and t-shirts to the last weekend, so that is when the queue is longest and, in past years, the popular sizes had gone. Go on a weekday evening in the first week instead. You will be in and out, and there will still be a size that fits you.
What Colour Is The Dubai Run T-Shirt?
Every year, the t-shirt for Dubai Run is a different colour. That is half the reason people keep them.
- 2023: Orange. Khaleej Times described Sheikh Zayed Road that morning as an ocean of orange.
- 2024: Bright lime green.
- 2025: Bright blue.
The 2026 colour has not been announced (checked 2 October 2026). Neither have the design or the sizes. In past years the colour stayed a surprise until the shirts started going out at the Fitness Village in November.
When Do The Free Dubai Run T-Shirts Run Out?
Every year it is the same story. Dubai run registration stays open for weeks. The t-shirts do not.
Last year, the t-shirts ran out on 27 October, about three weeks after sign-ups opened. Free bibs kept going out until race week in late November. So for nearly a month you could still join the Dubai run, but there was no shirt left for you.
For 2026, the official FAQ says only that a T-shirt is available to participants who selected one during registration. It does not say whether stock is limited. So select one as soon as Dubai Run booking opens.
It has gone this way every year since the run moved onto Sheikh Zayed Road. The shirts are always called limited, and they always go early.
| Edition | Registration opened | What happened to the shirts | Race day |
|---|---|---|---|
| Dubai Run 2021 | 21 October 2021 | Limited numbers, sustainable fabric | 26 November 2021 |
| Dubai Run 2023 | Mid-October 2023 | Free with registration, limited | 26 November 2023 |
| Dubai Run 2025 | October 2025 | All gone on 27 October | 23 November 2025 |
| Dubai Run 2026 | Not open on 2 October 2026. Expected October | Confirmed for those who select one at registration; collect 2–21 November at Zabeel Park; stock limit not stated | 22 November 2026 |
It comes down to how many people run now. Dubai Run had more than 300,000 people in 2025, up over 300 percent since 2019. The Dubai Fitness Challenge around it has gone from 786,000 people in its first year to more than three million.
What this means for you
Sign up in the first few days, not the last few weeks, and select a T-shirt in the form. Signing up late will still get you into the run. In 2025 it did not get you a shirt.
Other Ways To Get A Free Dubai Run T-Shirt In 2026
If you miss the official shirt, or forget to select one, you are not stuck. November in Dubai is full of free fitness events, and free shirts get handed out all month.
None of these will be the official Dubai Run shirt. But they are free, and you can run in them.
None of these giveaways has been announced for 2026 yet. Last year they started in late October and ran through November. Here is exactly what to do, and when.
- Ask your office, in early October. Lots of Dubai companies order shirts for staff who run together. Ask HR or whoever runs the wellness programme before they place the order, so your size is on the list.
- Go to the Fitness Village at Zabeel Park. It is confirmed as a 2026 Fitness Village by the official FAQ (2 October 2026). In past years sponsors set up stands there and at the smaller Fitness Hubs around the city, all through November, and handed out free kit and samples. Go on a weekday evening and walk the stands. The other two villages and the hubs have not been named yet.
- Enter the radio competitions. Dubai 92, Virgin Radio Dubai and Dubai Eye 103.8 all ran Dubai 30x30 2026 pages last year and gave things away on air. Their competition pages usually go live at the end of October, so check them then.
- Join a free run club. Dubai's run clubs are free and they give club shirts to regulars, and to people who help out at their events. Start turning up in October, when the clubs are busiest.
| Where | What happened in 2025 | When to look in 2026 |
|---|---|---|
| Your office | A lot of Dubai companies ordered branded shirts for staff running together | Ask in early October, before the order goes in |
| Fitness Village and Fitness Hub stands | Sponsors handed out branded kit and samples at Zabeel Park and the city hubs all month | Zabeel Park is confirmed for 2026; the other villages and hubs have not been named |
| UAE radio stations | Dubai 92, Virgin Radio Dubai and Dubai Eye 103.8 ran DFC pages and gave things away on air | Their competition pages go live at the end of October |
| Run clubs | Dubai's free run clubs gave club shirts to regulars and to people who volunteered at their events | Start turning up in October, when the clubs are busiest |
| Sports shops and gyms | Mostly free classes and discounts, not shirts | Spend-and-get offers usually land in November |
Worth doing
- Watch the official Dubai Run page on dubaifitnesschallenge.com for booking to open
- Select a T-shirt in the registration form
- Collect early in the 2–21 November window at Zabeel Park
- Ask your office if they are ordering team shirts
- Follow the DFC channels for the other two Fitness Village locations
- Check the UAE radio station competition pages from late October
Not worth it
- Skipping the T-shirt option when you register
- Resale listings claiming to sell this year's official shirt
- Any site charging a fee for a free event
- Waiting for a November restock, because there has never been one
Dubai Ride has a shirt this year too; Stand Up Paddle and Yoga do not
For 2026, Dubai Ride has a shirt too: the official FAQ (2 October 2026) says a T-shirt is available to Dubai Ride participants who select one during registration, collected with the bib at the Zabeel Park Fitness Village from 28 to 31 October 2026. Dubai Stand Up Paddle has no collection at all; you get a coloured wristband at check-in. Dubai Yoga has no collection either; you get a QR code by email and a wristband at check-in.
Can You Buy The Dubai Run T-Shirt Anywhere?
No. The official Dubai Run T-shirt is not for sale, and never has been.
- There is no Dubai Run shop, online or in a mall.
- No sports shop in the UAE stocks it.
- It is not on Amazon.ae or Noon. Search "Dubai Run t-shirt" on either and you get souvenir tees and plain running tops.
- Old ones turn up on resale sites now and then. That is someone selling a shirt they were given, not official stock. Nobody is allowed to sell the current year's shirt.
So if you did not get the official shirt and want something to wear on 22 November, you buy a running tee. That is the next section.
Best T-Shirts To Buy For Dubai Run 2026
You have two choices here. Buy a plain running tee that will be comfortable for 5km or 10km, or buy one with Dubai on it so the photos look right.
Late November mornings in Dubai start around 24C and warm up fast once the sun is up. Cotton is fine for the 5km walk. For the 10km, get something breathable.

If you only buy one
The adidas Dubai Graphic Running T-Shirt at AED 89 is the closest thing to an official shirt you can actually buy. It has Climacool fabric, so it breathes, and it says Dubai on the front. It works for the run and for everything after it.
Want "Dubai Run 2026" on your shirt?
You have to print it yourself. It is cheap enough to do for a whole team, and it is the only way to have the year on your chest if you miss the free shirt.
- Pick what you are printing on. A technical tee takes print fine. Cotton is comfortable enough for a 6:30 AM start in November.
- Use your own wording. "Dubai Run 2026", the date, your team name. Do not copy the official Dubai Run or 30x30 logos — they are protected marks.
- Order about five days ahead. Same-day printing exists in Dubai, but November is the busiest month of the year for print shops.
- Leave the front fairly clear. Your bib pins to your chest, so put anything you want people to see across the back.
FAQs
Is there a free T-shirt for Dubai Run 2026?
Yes. The official Dubai Fitness Challenge FAQ (read 2 October 2026) says a T-shirt is available to participants who select one during registration. Dubai Run booking had not opened on 2 October 2026, so you cannot select one yet. You collect it with your bib at the Zabeel Park Fitness Village, 2 to 21 November 2026.
When does Dubai Run 2026 registration open?
It had not opened on 2 October 2026. Dubai Fitness Challenge sign-up opened from 28 September, per the official FAQ, and Dubai Ride booking is open, but Dubai Run is not yet. Sign-ups opened on 21 October in 2021 and in October every year since, so watch the official Dubai Run page this month. The Dubai Fitness Challenge itself starts on 31 October.
Does everyone who registers get a T-shirt?
No. In 2026 the shirt goes only to participants who select one during registration, and the FAQ does not say whether stock is limited. In 2025 the shirts ran out on 27 October, while free bibs were still available for weeks after that.
How early do you need to sign up to get one?
In the first few days, to be safe. In 2025 the shirts lasted about three weeks, and registration stayed open for another month after they had gone. The 2026 FAQ does not say whether stock is limited.
Where do you collect the Dubai Run 2026 T-shirt?
In person, with your bib, at the Dubai Municipality 30x30 Fitness Village in Zabeel Park, from 2 to 21 November 2026 (official FAQ, 2 October 2026). Collection times will be shared with registered participants.
What is the last day to collect it?
Saturday 21 November 2026, the day before the run. Collection times will be shared with registered participants. Do not leave it to the last weekend.
Can you buy the official Dubai Run T-shirt?
No. There is no Dubai Run shop and no retailer stocks it. Anything advertised as this year's official shirt is a resale at best.
What sizes does it come in?
Sizes have not been announced for 2026. In past years Dubai Run did not publish a size chart, and what you got depended on your registration and on what was left at the counter. Signing up early and collecting early are the two things that make a difference.
Do you have to wear the shirt on race day?
The bib is the compulsory part. The official FAQ asks runners to bring their attached Dubai Run bib number and Dubai Run T-shirt, so wear it if you selected one. Most people wear the shirt, but any comfortable running kit is fine.
Do Dubai Ride or Dubai Yoga give a free T-shirt?
Dubai Ride does in 2026, if you select one during registration. You collect it with your bib at the Zabeel Park Fitness Village from 28 to 31 October 2026 (official FAQ, 2 October 2026). Dubai Yoga has no collection: you get a QR code by email and a wristband at check-in. Dubai Stand Up Paddle has no collection either, only wristbands.
Can someone else collect my shirt and bib?
The 2026 FAQ does not say for Dubai Run. In past years one person could collect for a group with everyone's QR codes. For Dubai Ride 2026, the FAQ does confirm someone else can collect with your registration QR code. Screenshot each confirmation before you go.
What should you wear if you miss the free shirt?
A breathable running tee. Decathlon's Kiprun Run 100 is AED 39 for women and AED 49 for men, and the adidas Dubai Graphic tee is AED 89 at Sun & Sand Sports.
