You collect your Dubai Run 2026 bib in person before race day, at the Dubai Municipality 30x30 Fitness Village in Zabeel Park, between 2 and 21 November 2026. Your T-shirt is handed over at the same time, if you chose one when you registered. Without a bib you cannot take part, and there is no collection on the morning of the run.

Dubai Run booking has not opened yet

You need a Dubai Run registration before you can collect a bib. Booking had not opened on 2 October 2026. You can create your free Dubai Fitness Challenge account now at dubaifitnesschallenge.com/en/login, and our Dubai Run registration guide will have the link the day booking opens.

Where to Collect Your Dubai Run Bib

Bibs are collected at the Dubai Municipality 30x30 Fitness Village in Zabeel Park, according to the official Dubai Fitness Challenge FAQ (read 2 October 2026). The village is one of three free Fitness Villages for Dubai Fitness Challenge 2026, and the only one whose location has been confirmed so far.

Zabeel Park sits beside the Dubai Frame, between Karama and Sheikh Zayed Road. The exact gate for the village has not been published for 2026, so check your registration email before you go.

When Is Dubai Run Bib Collection 2026?

Collection runs from Monday 2 November to Saturday 21 November 2026. That is three weeks, ending the day before the run on Sunday 22 November.

The official FAQ says collection times "will be shared with registered participants". In other words, the daily opening hours go to people who have registered, by email, rather than on a public page. We will add them here once they are published.

How the hours worked in 2025

In 2025 the counter opened in the late afternoon on weekdays (from 4pm) and earlier at weekends (from midday or the morning), and stayed open until late evening. Reports disagreed on whether it closed at 11pm or midnight. Use this only as a guide until the 2026 hours are out.

Do not leave it to the last weekend

The final weekend before the run is always the busiest. Popular T-shirt sizes have run out in past years before the end of collection. Go on a weekday evening early in the window if you can.

What to Bring to Collect Your Bib

The 2026 FAQ does not list what to show at the counter. Bring:

  • Your registration confirmation on your phone, including any QR code it contains. In past years the QR code was what you showed to collect.
  • The confirmations for anyone you are collecting for, if you are collecting for family. Each runner needs their own bib.

On race day itself, the official FAQ asks you to bring your attached Dubai Run bib and your Dubai Run T-shirt. The bib is the only mandatory item.

Your Dubai Run T-Shirt

The T-shirt is collected with your bib. The official FAQ says "a T-shirt is available to participants who selected one during registration", so you choose it in the booking form, not at the counter. The 2026 colour and sizes have not been announced. Our Dubai Run T-shirt guide has the colours from past years and what to do if you miss out.

Can Someone Else Collect My Bib?

The 2026 FAQ does not say for Dubai Run. For Dubai Ride 2026 it says friends and family can collect on your behalf by showing your registration QR code, and in 2025 the same applied to Dubai Run. Expect the same this year, and send whoever is collecting with a screenshot of your confirmation.

Children's Bibs

Parents and legal guardians can register up to three children for Dubai Run 2026, and children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult, according to the official FAQ. Every participant needs a bib to take part, children included, so collect one for each child you registered.

No Bib, No Run

You cannot take part without a bib. The official FAQ says bib numbers are essential for safety reasons and anyone without one will not be allowed to participate. There is no collection on race day, so 21 November is your last chance.

Do

  • Register as soon as booking opens
  • Collect early in the 2 to 21 November window
  • Keep your confirmation and QR code on your phone
  • Pin the bib to the front of your shirt on race day

Don't

  • Plan to collect on the morning of the run
  • Swap or hand on your bib to someone else
  • Leave collection to the last weekend

Changing Your Route After You Collect

You cannot edit a Dubai Run registration. To switch between the 5km and the 10km, cancel your registration in your Dubai Fitness Challenge account and register again. If you have already collected your bib, you must collect a new one from the collection point, according to the official FAQ.

Dubai Ride Bib Collection

Riding as well? Dubai Ride bibs and T-shirts are collected at the same Zabeel Park village, but earlier: 28 to 31 October 2026, ahead of the ride on Sunday 1 November. Dubai Ride booking is already open. Our Dubai Ride 2026 guide has the details.

After Collection: Race Day

Dubai Run 2026 is on Sunday 22 November. It starts at 6:30am, the start line closes at 8am and the event finishes at 9am. The 5km and 10km both start on Sheikh Zayed Road near the Museum of the Future. The official FAQ recommends the Dubai Metro: World Trade Centre station for the 5km and Emirates Towers for the 10km. Our Dubai Run 2026 guide covers the routes, timings and getting there.
