Dubai to ADIPEC 2026: 5 Ways To Reach, Cheapest to Fastest
You can get from Dubai to ADIPEC 2026 at ADNEC Abu Dhabi in five ways. The intercity bus is cheapest, from AED 25. Etihad Rail costs from about AED 33 with code ADIPEC2026, and a free bus links the station to the show, but the last train back is at 5.43pm. Drivers park free at Shahama or Deerfields Mall. A taxi costs AED 330 to 420.
ADIPEC is giving Dubai visitors 15% off the train this year. The code ADIPEC2026 takes 15% off Etihad Rail tickets, and a free bus will take you from the Abu Dhabi station to the show. ADIPEC 2026 will run from Monday 2 to Thursday 5 November at ADNEC Centre in Abu Dhabi, about 130km by road from Downtown Dubai. There is no ADIPEC bus from Dubai, but you have five good ways to get there.
Dubai to ADIPEC 2026
This guide gives you the five ways from Dubai to ADIPEC, from the cheapest to the fastest. For each one, you get the cost, the time and how to do it.
Is There a Shuttle From Dubai to ADIPEC?
No. ADIPEC runs no shuttle bus from Dubai. Its free buses start in Abu Dhabi: from five car parks, from about 20 hotels and from the Etihad Rail station.
So the trick is to get yourself to one of those starting points. The train and the Park and Ride car parks are the two easiest ways to do that from Dubai.
Dubai to ADIPEC: Cheapest to Fastest
Here are the five ways side by side. Prices are one way, for one person:
Here are each of the five ways in detail:
1. Intercity Bus
This is the cheapest way to ADIPEC. RTA, Dubai's transport authority, runs two buses to Abu Dhabi's central bus station:
- E101 from Ibn Battuta: AED 25, about 1 hour 45 minutes. This one suits you if you live in the south of Dubai.
- E100 from Al Ghubaiba, in Bur Dubai: a little over 2 hours. Abu Dhabi Mobility lists AED 25, but RTA's journey planner showed AED 30 in October. Check the fare in the S'hail app.
Neither bus goes to ADNEC. At the central bus station, take Abu Dhabi city bus 33, which stops at ADNEC. It costs at most AED 5 with a Hafilat card. A taxi for the last 10km is the quicker choice.
How to plan and book the intercity bus
Never taken the intercity bus before? Here is how to do it, from home to the hall:
- Check the times in the S'hail app. S'hail is RTA's journey planner. Type your Dubai area as the start and "Abu Dhabi Bus Station" as the end. It shows the next E100 or E101 buses, the fare and the travel time.
- Book a seat online, or pay with Nol. RTA sells e-tickets for E100 and E101 on its website. You pick the date and time, and you get your own lane and waiting area at the station. Without a booking, you pay with a Nol card at the station, so top it up first.
- Get to the bus station. Ibn Battuta bus station is next to the Ibn Battuta Metro station on the Red Line. Al Ghubaiba bus station is next to Al Ghubaiba Metro station on the Green Line.
- Ride to Abu Dhabi Bus Station. It is the last stop, so you can't miss it.
- Buy a Hafilat card and take bus 33. Hafilat is Abu Dhabi's bus card, sold at the bus station. Bus 33 stops at ADNEC. Or take a taxi from the rank outside.
2. Etihad Rail
The train is the easiest way to ADIPEC from Dubai this year. The ride takes just over an hour, and ADIPEC supports it. You get 15% off with the code ADIPEC2026, and a free bus will take you from the station to the halls.
How to do it:
- Book on Etihad Rail's partner portal and enter ADIPEC2026. ADIPEC gives the code for the partner portal, so book there and not in the app.
- Get to Al Yalayis station. Take the Metro Red Line to Jumeirah Golf Estates and walk about five minutes over the covered bridge. If you drive, parking costs AED 5 an hour, or AED 30 for five hours or more.
- Take a morning train. The 7.14am train reaches Abu Dhabi at 8.18am, in good time for the 10am opening.
- Take the free ADIPEC bus to ADNEC. ADIPEC has not published its times yet.
- Leave the show by about 4.45pm. See the warning below.
The last train leaves before the halls close
On Etihad Rail's schedule for Friday 30 October, the last two trains from Abu Dhabi to Dubai left at 4.43pm and 5.43pm. The halls will stay open until 6.30pm, and until 5.30pm on Thursday. So if you take the train, plan to leave the show by about 4.45pm. Check the times on etihadrail.ae the day before you travel.
The morning train times come from news reports of the timetable. Etihad Rail's own page shows only the day's trains, so check them in its app.
3. Drive to a Park and Ride
You cannot park at ADNEC during the show, so you drive to a free car park instead. From Dubai, the two closest are Shahama and Deerfields Mall. You park for free, and a free bus takes you to the halls every 20 minutes. The buses will start at 7am on Monday and at 8am on the other days.
By our own route check, the drive from Dubai Marina to Deerfields Mall is about 85km. From Downtown Dubai, it is about 105km. In the morning rush, give it longer.
Khaleej Times worked out the Salik cost of a Dubai to Abu Dhabi drive at AED 16.80 off-peak and AED 25.20 at peak hours. Abu Dhabi's own toll, Darb, adds AED 4 a gate at peak hours.
Driving is the cheapest way when you share the car. Four colleagues pay for one lot of fuel and tolls. Our guide to ADIPEC 2026 parking has the map pin for each car park.
4. Taxi or Careem
A taxi is the fastest way, and the most expensive. It takes you from your door to the venue with no changes. A Dubai metered taxi to Abu Dhabi costs about AED 330 to 420, according to The National. Careem and Uber show you the price before you book.
In the Careem app, the code ADNEC takes 15% off rides to and from the venue during the show, up to AED 60. Ask to be dropped at one of the two taxi points: Marina Hall near Car Park E, or opposite the Aloft Hotel.
5. Private Car or Minibus
A car with a driver is the most comfortable way for a team. It picks everyone up, waits during the day and brings you back when you want. Several Dubai transport companies offer ADIPEC transfers.
None that we found publishes a price, so ask two or three for a quote. Ask whether Salik, Darb and waiting time are included.
Which Way From Dubai Suits You?
Share a car to a Park and Ride, or take the intercity bus. Check the last bus in the S'hail app.
Take Etihad Rail with code ADIPEC2026 and the free bus.
A taxi is the easiest, but it costs about ten times more than the train.
Going all four days? Mix them. Take the 7.14am train in the morning. On the days you need to stay until the close, come back with a colleague who drove, or by intercity bus.
Things to Keep in Mind
- ADIPEC is in Abu Dhabi, not Dubai. The venue is ADNEC Centre, Abu Dhabi.
- Register before you travel. A visitor pass costs US$60 plus VAT until 1 November and US$100 on show days. Our guide to ADIPEC 2026 registration has the steps.
- Leave early on Monday. ADIPEC warns that the roads near ADNEC are busiest from 8am to 10am.
- Carry your badge and ID every day.
