ADIPEC 2026 Visitor Badge: Download @ Login, What If It's Lost
Your ADIPEC 2026 visitor badge comes by email as a print-at-home file, about a week before the show on 2 to 5 November. Download it from that email, print it, and bring it with the passport or Emirates ID you registered with. The ADIPEC app logs you in with your registration email. If the badge is missing or lost, check spam, reprint it, or write to registration@adipec.com.
ADIPEC 2026 badges are arriving by email now. ADIPEC sends each visitor a print-at-home badge about a week before the show, so most people registered for ADIPEC 2026 should already have theirs. The show will run from 2 to 5 November at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi. If your badge is missing or lost, you can still sort it out before you travel.
ADIPEC 2026 Visitor Badge
This guide shows you how to download and print your badge, how to log in to the ADIPEC app, and what to do if the badge never came or you lost it.
How to Download Your ADIPEC Badge
Your ADIPEC badge is in your email, not on a website. After you register, ADIPEC sends you a confirmation email. Your print-at-home badge then comes about a week before the show. If you registered in the last few days, the badge may come with the confirmation itself.
Here is how to get it ready:
- Search your inbox for "ADIPEC". Search the email address you used on the form.
- Open the email with your badge. Check that your name matches your passport or Emirates ID.
- Download the badge and save a copy on your phone.
- Print it at home. ADIPEC asks visitors to print the badge at home "to avoid queues onsite".
Can you show the badge on your phone?
ADIPEC asks you to print it. It has not said that a badge on a phone screen will be accepted at the door. So print it, and keep the email on your phone as a backup.
ADIPEC App Login
You log in to the ADIPEC app with the same email you registered with. Go to app.adipec.com, or open the app on your phone, and type that email. The login page asks for nothing else to start.
The app helps you plan your visit. You can look up exhibitors, save the ones you want to meet and connect with other visitors. ADIPEC does not say the app holds your entry badge, so don't count on it at the door.
Can't log in?
The app only knows the email on your registration. If you registered with your work email, use that one, not your personal email. For other app problems, write to app@adipec.com.
ADIPEC Badge Not Received?
Start with your spam folder. Then work through these four checks, in this order:
- Check spam and promotions. Search every folder for "ADIPEC".
- Check which email you used. Find your confirmation email. Your badge went to the same address.
- Check the date. Badges go out about a week before the show. If you registered recently, give it a day.
- Write to registration@adipec.com. Send it from the email you registered with. Give your full name and company, and ask them to send the badge again.
Still nothing on the day? Bring your passport or Emirates ID and your confirmation email, and go early to the registration desks at the venue. Expect a queue.
Though we strongly recommend you contact the organizers and clarify before going. Else, you may end up having to turn back.
What If Your ADIPEC Badge Is Lost?
Print it again from the email. Your badge is a file, so you can print it as many times as you like.
If you lose it at the venue and can't reach your email, go to a registration desk with your ID. ADIPEC has not published how it reprints badges on site, so give yourself extra time.
What to Bring to ADIPEC
You need two things at the door, every day:
- Your printed badge. One visitor pass covers all four days.
- Your passport or Emirates ID. Bring the one you uploaded when you registered.
Not registered yet? A visitor pass costs US$60 plus VAT until Sunday 1 November and US$100 on the show days. Our guide to ADIPEC 2026 registration shows you how. Some exhibitors also share free codes, and our ADIPEC 2026 free pass guide lists them.
Things to Keep in Mind
- Your badge is in your name. Nobody else can use it.
- Exhibitor badges come through the company. Exhibitors arrange staff badges through the Exhibitor Manual or operations@adipec.com.
- Delegates use a delegate pass. It also gets you into the halls. Questions go to delegate@adipec.com.
- Nobody under 18 can enter, with or without a badge.
