ADIPEC 2026 Parking: Park and Ride Locations and Where to Park
Visitors cannot park at ADNEC during ADIPEC 2026, from 2 to 5 November. Drivers leave the car at one of five free Park and Ride sites: Shahama, Deerfields Mall, Al Raha, Marina Mall or Sas Al Nakhl. A free shuttle runs to the venue every 20 minutes from 8am to 8pm, and visitors need no parking pass.
You cannot park at the venue. That is the one thing to know about parking for ADIPEC 2026 before you leave home, because ADNEC's own car parks are not open to visitors on any of the four days, 2 to 5 November.
What you do instead is simple, and it costs nothing. You leave the car at one of five Park and Ride sites around Abu Dhabi, and a free shuttle bus takes you to the door every 20 minutes.
ADIPEC 2026 Parking
This guide tells you whether visitors can park at ADNEC, where the five Park and Ride locations are, whether parking is free, and whether you need a parking pass. It also explains Parking D and Parking E, Zayed Sports City, the shuttle bus schedule, hotel shuttles and taxis, the drive from Dubai, and road closures.
Is There Visitor Parking at ADIPEC 2026?
No. There is no visitor parking at ADNEC during ADIPEC 2026, and ADIPEC's own words are that onsite parking is not available. The venue's car parks are kept for exhibiting companies, media and VIPs, who use Car Parks A and B with a pass.
So you may see "Car parking A & B" on ADNEC's own listing for ADIPEC, and ADNEC's website offers online parking booking on ordinary days. Neither means a visitor can drive in during the show.
What you do instead is leave the car at a Park and Ride site and take the free shuttle bus to the venue. ADIPEC has named five of these sites.
Where to Park for ADIPEC 2026: The Five Park and Ride Locations
You park at one of five Park and Ride locations: Shahama, Deerfields Mall, Al Raha, Marina Mall or Sas Al Nakhl. All five work the same way. Parking is free, the bus is free, and you do not book anything. So the only real choice is which site is easiest for you to reach.
ADIPEC gives no street address for any of them, only a Google Maps pin. Each site below links to its official pin, so open it on your phone and let it guide you in.
1. Shahama
Shahama is the first Park and Ride site you can stop at if you are driving in from Dubai. Its pin is the most northern of the five, on the side of Abu Dhabi that faces Dubai. It is a pin only, with no mall or building name, so use the official Shahama pin and do not search for the name.
Buses leave every 20 minutes from 8am to 8pm, and they drop you at ADNEC near the roundabout entrance.
2. Deerfields Mall
Deerfields Mall is a little over a kilometre from the Shahama pin, so it suits the same drivers: anyone coming down from Dubai or the northern emirates. The difference is that it is a shopping mall with a name your map already knows, which makes it the easier of the two to find. Here is the official Deerfields Mall pin.
The shuttle runs every 20 minutes from 8am to 8pm, and it also stops near the roundabout entrance.
3. Al Raha
Al Raha is much closer to the venue. Its pin sits to the east of ADNEC, so choose it if you would rather do more of the journey in your own car and less of it on the bus. Like Shahama, it has no building name, so follow the official Al Raha pin.
Buses run every 20 minutes from 8am to 8pm and stop near the roundabout entrance, like the first two.
4. Marina Mall
Marina Mall is the only site on the other side of the city. Its pin is to the north-west of ADNEC, so it suits you if you live or stay in that part of Abu Dhabi, and it makes little sense if you are arriving from Dubai. The official Marina Mall pin opens a place called "Marina Mall Parking".
Two things are different here. The bus drops you at another point, near Marina Hall and its Car Park D. And on Monday 2 November, the opening day, buses from Marina Mall start at 6am, not 8am. They run every 20 minutes until 8pm.
5. Sas Al Nakhl
Sas Al Nakhl is new on the list this year. Its pin is east of ADNEC, less than two kilometres from the Al Raha pin. Use the official Sas Al Nakhl pin, because the name alone may not take you to the right car park.
What separates it from Al Raha is the bus. From Sas Al Nakhl you are dropped near Marina Hall, Car Park D, and on Monday 2 November the buses start at 6am. On the other three days they run from 8am to 8pm, every 20 minutes.
So the five sites feed two stops at ADNEC. This is how they split:
Which Park and Ride site to choose
ADIPEC does not recommend one site over another, so the choice comes down to where you start and when you want to arrive. Going by the official pins, it looks like this:
Is ADIPEC Parking Free?
Yes. Parking is free at all five Park and Ride sites, and so is the shuttle bus to the venue. ADIPEC calls the service complimentary, and its travel pages mention no fee, ticket or booking for it.
The one cost a driver may still meet is on the road, not in the car park. Darb, Abu Dhabi's road toll, is AED 4 at each toll gate at certain hours, and the section on driving from Dubai below has the rules.
Because parking is free, there is also nothing to buy or show before you drive in, and that includes a parking pass.
Do You Need an ADIPEC Parking Pass, and What Does It Cost?
No. As a visitor you do not need an ADIPEC parking pass, and there is none to buy. It costs you nothing, because the Park and Ride is free, and no price is published for the one pass that does exist. Nothing on ADIPEC's travel pages mentions a pass, a sticker, a booking or a fee for the Park and Ride.
The pass that exists is not for visitors. ADIPEC says that only exhibiting companies, media and VIPs may park at the venue, in ADNEC's Car Parks A and B, and they use a car park pass to do it.
The way to get that pass is not published either. If your company is exhibiting, look in the Exhibitor Manual, or write to operations@adipec.com, the address ADIPEC gives exhibitors for stand and badge questions.
Car Parks A and B are not the only letters you will come across. People also ask about Parking D and Parking E.
What Are ADIPEC Parking D and Parking E?
Parking D and Parking E are two of ADNEC's own car parks, beside Marina Hall on Al Khaleej Al Arabi Street, and visitors cannot park in either of them during ADIPEC. They are useful to you only as landmarks:
- Car Park D is where the Park and Ride buses from Marina Mall and Sas Al Nakhl stop.
- Car Park E is where one of the two taxi points is.
So if you park at Marina Mall or Sas Al Nakhl, Car Park D is the name to remember for the ride back. One more name turns up in searches, and it is not a car park at ADNEC at all.
Can You Park at Zayed Sports City for ADIPEC 2026?
No. Zayed Sports City is not one of the five Park and Ride sites for ADIPEC 2026, so don't drive there this year unless ADIPEC adds it to its list. The name comes up only because press reports in November 2025 said visitors without a permit were sent there to park.
For 2026, stay with the five sites listed above. Once you have parked at one of them, the rest is a bus ride.
ADIPEC 2026 Shuttle Bus Schedule
The ADIPEC Park and Ride shuttle runs every 20 minutes from 8am to 8pm on all four days, 2 to 5 November, in both directions. The one exception is the opening day, Monday 2 November, when the buses from Marina Mall and Sas Al Nakhl start at 6am. The shuttle is free.
These are the hours for each day. The buses run for longer than the show itself, which gives you time at both ends of the day:
ADIPEC does not say whether 8pm is the last bus leaving ADNEC, so be at your stop well before then.
Each bus drops you at one of two stops. Buses from Shahama, Deerfields Mall and Al Raha stop near the roundabout entrance, and buses from Marina Mall and Sas Al Nakhl stop near Marina Hall, Car Park D. Your bus home leaves from the place where you got off, so go by that name and not by a zone number.
The reason is a small mistake on ADIPEC's getting-there page. It labels Marina Mall and Sas Al Nakhl "Zone 1", yet sends their buses to the Zone 2 stop. The same page has a "Get location" button for each stop, which is the safer guide.
Here is the whole trip, from your car to the hall and back:
ADIPEC gives no walking time from either stop to the halls, so allow extra minutes on your first morning.
Carry your badge on the bus, since you need it at the door. If you have not registered yet, our guide to ADIPEC 2026 registration covers the pass, and the main ADIPEC 2026 guide has the dates and opening hours.
The Park and Ride shuttle is for drivers. If you are staying in a hotel in Abu Dhabi, there is a second set of buses.
ADIPEC Hotel Shuttle Buses and Taxis
ADIPEC runs free shuttle buses from 15 hotels in Abu Dhabi, every 30 minutes, so a guest at one of them may not need a car at all. The hotels include Park Rotana, Fairmont, Traders, Grand Hyatt, Erth and several on Yas Island, and the full list is on ADIPEC's getting-there page.
The buses leave the hotels from 8am to 12 noon and leave ADNEC's roundabout entrance from 4pm to 7pm, and seats are first come, first served. For Monday 2 November the official pages disagree between a 6am and an 8am start, so ask your hotel's concierge the evening before.
A taxi is the other easy way in. There are two taxi points at the venue, and both work for drop-off and pick-up:
- Marina Hall, near Car Park E
- Opposite the Aloft Hotel, in the Embassies area
You can book through the Abu Dhabi Taxi app or by calling 600 53 53 53. If you use Careem, enter the code ADNEC in the app. It gives 15% off rides to and from ADNEC during the show. ADIPEC puts the limit at AED 60 off, on a maximum of eight rides.
Driving to ADIPEC 2026 from Dubai
From Dubai you drive to the Shahama or Deerfields Mall Park and Ride, not to ADNEC itself. Their pins are the two closest to Dubai, and you could not park at the venue if you did drive all the way. So stop at either one and let the shuttle do the rest.
How long will it take? ADIPEC publishes no drive time for any Park and Ride site. The only figure it gives is for the venue itself: 90 minutes from Dubai International Airport.
Then there is Darb, Abu Dhabi's road toll. These are the rules that Abu Dhabi Mobility published in August 2025:
- You pay AED 4 each time you pass a toll gate.
- The toll applies from Monday to Saturday, from 7am to 9am and from 3pm to 7pm.
- There is no longer a daily cap for private cars.
ADIPEC runs from Monday to Thursday, so the toll applies on all four days. The gates are at the bridges onto Abu Dhabi island, but nobody official says which Park and Ride sites you can reach without passing one. So do not count on any site to save you the toll, and check the Darb website for how to pay before you travel.
Coming from Dubai by bus
You can also leave the car in Dubai. RTA, Dubai's transport authority, runs two intercity buses to Abu Dhabi's bus station: E100 from Al Ghubaiba and E101 from Ibn Battuta. No official RTA page we could open confirms the fare, so check it in RTA's S'hail app.
Neither bus goes to ADNEC. From the bus station, take a taxi or Abu Dhabi city bus route 33, which stops at both the bus station and ADNEC and costs at most AED 5 a journey with a Hafilat card.
Road Closures and the Traffic Plan for ADIPEC 2026
No road closure or traffic plan has been announced for ADIPEC 2026 yet. That is normal for this show. In 2025 the plan appeared in the press on 2 November, the day before the exhibition opened, and again on opening day.
So look again on Sunday 1 November, on ADIPEC's getting-there page, the news page of Abu Dhabi Mobility and the Abu Dhabi Police channels. Until then, plan on the Park and Ride, and leave early on the first morning, because ADIPEC's own shuttle plans warn of delays between 8am and 10am.
FAQs
Is the ADIPEC shuttle free?
Yes. The Park and Ride shuttles are free, and so is parking at the five sites. The hotel shuttle buses from 15 Abu Dhabi hotels are free too.
What time is the last ADIPEC shuttle?
ADIPEC gives only the hours, 8am to 8pm, with a bus every 20 minutes. It does not say whether 8pm is the last bus leaving ADNEC, so be at your stop well before then. Hotel shuttles leave ADNEC from 4pm to 7pm.
Can exhibitors park at ADNEC during ADIPEC?
Yes, with a car park pass. ADIPEC says only exhibiting companies, media and VIPs may park at the venue, in Car Parks A and B. The price of the pass and the way to get one are not published, so exhibitors should look in the Exhibitor Manual.
Is there a bus to ADNEC from Abu Dhabi bus station?
Yes. Abu Dhabi city bus route 33 has stops at both the bus station and ADNEC. A city bus costs at most AED 5 a journey, paid with a Hafilat card. ADIPEC's own pages do not mention public buses.
