ADIPEC 2026 Registration: Fees, Is It Free and How to Register
ADIPEC 2026 is not free for visitors. A visitor pass costs US$60 plus 5% VAT, about AED 231 in total, when booked online before the show, and US$120 on the show days, 2 to 5 November 2026. Registration is on adipec.com for adults aged 18 and over, and the print-at-home badge arrives by email.
No, it is not free this year. To walk into ADIPEC 2026 you need a visitor pass, and it costs US$60 plus 5% VAT, about AED 231 in total, if you register before the show opens. From Monday 2 November the same pass costs US$120.
So the most useful thing to know about ADIPEC 2026 registration is the date. Finish it by Sunday 1 November and you pay half.
ADIPEC 2026 Registration
In this guide you will find whether registration is free, the fees for a visitor pass, whether a promo code or a free pass exists, how to register online, how you get your badge, who can register, which pass you need and what can go wrong.
Is ADIPEC 2026 Registration Free?
No, ADIPEC 2026 registration is not free for visitors. To enter the exhibition you need a visitor pass, and you pay for it on the registration form before the form is finished.
ADIPEC has not published any free pass for ordinary visitors this year, so plan for the fee. It is not a large one if you are early: US$60 plus 5% VAT, about AED 231 in total. The next section gives the full prices and the date they change.
ADIPEC 2026 Registration Fees for a Visitor Pass
The ADIPEC 2026 registration fee for a visitor pass is US$60 plus 5% VAT, about AED 231 in total, if you register by Sunday 1 November, and US$120 from Monday 2 November. There is one visitor pass, and it covers all four days of the show.
Today the form shows US$60 before VAT. That is about AED 220, and with the 5% VAT added you pay US$63, or about AED 231.
The price does not stay there. On the show days, from Monday 2 to Thursday 5 November 2026, ADIPEC's own questions page says a visitor pass will cost US$120, about AED 441. It does not say whether VAT is added to that figure, so the final amount could be a little higher.
Here are the two prices side by side:
That makes Sunday 1 November the last day at the lower price. ADIPEC gives no closing hour for it, so don't leave it until late on Sunday night. Register this week and the question is closed.
For that money you can enter every exhibition hall on all four days. You can also visit the four special zones (AI, Digitalisation, Low Carbon and Chemicals, Maritime and Logistics) and sit in the Innovation Sessions, which are talks for visitors on AI and on maritime and logistics. The conference is not included, and we come back to that below.
So the fee is fixed and published. What many people ask next is whether a code can bring it down.
Is There an ADIPEC Promo Code or a Free Visitor Pass?
ADIPEC has not published a promo code or a free visitor pass for ordinary visitors this year. There is no student price and no group price either.
The registration form does have an optional box called "Promo Code", with a line that says to enter a code if you have received one. ADIPEC does not publish any code, and it does not say what a code does. So a code is something another person has to give you.
Who might have one? The most sensible people to ask are an exhibitor you already deal with, or a supplier of your own company that has a stand at the show. Ask them simply: "Do you have a visitor promo code for ADIPEC 2026?" If they send one, type it into that box on the first screen of the form.
One thing may confuse you. A page on the ADIPEC website still carries a small heading about a "complimentary visitor badge". It gives no steps, and the visitor guide beside it prints the US$60 price. Treat the pass as paid. And if a website offers a "free ADIPEC pass", trust only a code that the official form accepts.
With or without a code, the pass comes from the same form, so here is how to fill it in.
How to Register for ADIPEC 2026 Online
You register for ADIPEC 2026 online, on ADIPEC's visitor registration page at adipec.com, by pressing the button that says "Start your registration". You can do all of it on a phone.
Before you open the form, collect a few things, because the form asks you to upload two files and then to pay:
Now go to the registration page. It shows four short steps and the "Start your registration" button. That button opens the form, and this is how it goes:
- Press "Start your registration". The form needs a few seconds to appear. If a box that offers the Visitor Guide covers it, close the box with the X.
- Check the price at the top. It should read "Visitor pass: US$60 excluding 5% VAT". From 2 November, expect US$120 here.
- Choose how to register. The blue "Register" button with the LinkedIn logo uses your LinkedIn account. The button "Register using your email" below it lets you type everything yourself.
- Fill in the screen called "Your details". It asks for your email twice, first name, last name, job title, company or organisation, country of residence, city, mobile number and address. Only "Phone" and "Promo Code" can stay empty.
- Enter your promo code, if you have one. The box is on this same screen. No code? Leave it empty.
- Tick the terms box and press "Next". You must agree to the terms and conditions and the privacy policy. The other box, about sharing your details with sponsors and partners, is your choice.
- Complete the screens that follow. These screens appear only after you fill in the first one. ADIPEC's visitor guide says the form then asks about your company and takes your passport-style photo and your passport or Emirates ID copy. After that you pay for the pass.
- Look for the confirmation email. It goes to the address you typed, so open your inbox before you close the page.
Two small choices on that first screen matter later. Use an email address you can still open in November, because your badge is sent to it. And write your name as it appears on the passport or Emirates ID you will upload, so that the badge and the ID agree.
If you are filling it in on a phone, you can use the phone's camera for the photo and the ID. Stuck at any point? Write to registration@adipec.com, the address ADIPEC gives for visitor questions.
Once you have paid, the form is done, and the next thing to wait for is the badge.
How to Get Your ADIPEC Visitor Badge
Your ADIPEC visitor badge comes to you by email, and you print it at home. Nothing is posted to you. Two emails come instead, and the second one is the one that gets you in.
The first is the confirmation, and it should arrive soon after you finish. The second carries your print-at-home badge. ADIPEC says it sends the badge about a week before the exhibition, which means around Monday 26 October. If you register after that date, expect the badge soon after your confirmation.
Here is the whole path, from today to the door:
Open the badge email and print the badge on paper before you leave home or your hotel. ADIPEC itself tells visitors to register online and print at home "to avoid queues onsite", and at a show that expects more than 239,000 people, those queues are easy to imagine.
What ADIPEC has not published is where the registration desks are, what hours they keep, or whether a lost badge can be printed again at the venue. So don't plan on fixing anything at the door. On the day, bring two things:
- the printed badge
- the passport or Emirates ID you registered with
All of this assumes that you are allowed to register in the first place, and one group is not.
Who Can Register for ADIPEC 2026
Any adult aged 18 or over can register for ADIPEC 2026 as a visitor. The form asks for a job title and a company because this is a business event, but there is no test of your profession.
The one firm rule is about age: nobody under 18 can enter the exhibition. ADIPEC states this for all children, and there is no childcare at the venue, so you cannot bring the family along.
School and university students come through a separate programme called Young ADIPEC, which is arranged with schools and universities. Its contact is youngadipec@dmgevents.com.
Coming from abroad? When you register for a visitor pass, ADIPEC can give you an invitation letter for your visa application.
If you are an adult, the only question left is which pass to buy.
ADIPEC Visitor Pass or Delegate Pass: Which One You Need
You need a visitor pass if you want to walk the exhibition halls and meet exhibitors, and a delegate pass if you want to sit in the conference sessions. Most people who search for registration want the visitor pass, but check once that it is the right one for you.
A visitor pass does not let you into the conference sessions. Those need a delegate pass, and the price is very different:
The Technical pass, at US$2,030, is for engineers and technical specialists. The All Access pass, at US$7,250, covers every conference programme. Both include the exhibition, so a delegate does not need a visitor pass as well.
Whichever pass you choose, a few things can still go wrong between paying and walking in.
What Can Go Wrong with ADIPEC Registration
Three things can go wrong with ADIPEC registration, and you can avoid each of them:
- You register after the show has started and pay double.
- The badge email does not arrive.
- Your plans change after you have paid.
The first one is the most common mistake, and it costs money. On the show days you pay US$120 in place of US$60, and you risk the queues that ADIPEC warns about. Register before Monday 2 November.
If the badge email does not come, look in your spam folder first. If it is still missing a few days before the show, write to registration@adipec.com from the address you registered with, and give your full name and company.
As for a change of plans, think before you pay. ADIPEC's website does not say whether a visitor pass can be refunded or moved to another person's name. Be sure of your dates first, and if they may change, ask registration@adipec.com before you enter your card.
For the opening hours of each day and the venue, see our main guide to ADIPEC 2026. And if you plan to drive, read where to park for ADIPEC 2026 first, because ADIPEC says there is no parking at the venue itself.
