Is ADIPEC 2026 Free?

No, not on the official form. ADIPEC has published no free visitor pass this year. A promo code from an exhibitor is the way most people get in for free.

This is what you pay with and without a code:

Here are the four ways we have curated for you to get free visitor pass for ADIPEC 2026 event.

1. ADIPEC Promo Code From an Exhibitor

Companies with a stand at ADIPEC share promo codes so that their customers can visit them. Most of these codes say they make your registration free. You type the code into the official form, or open the exhibitor's link, which has the code built in.

This is not new. For ADIPEC 2025, exhibitors did the same. One wrote that its code meant the visitor charge was "waived". Another said "sign up for free with the promo code".

ADIPEC 2026 promo codes

These are the codes we found on 30 October 2026:

Two more codes appear in LinkedIn posts that we saw in search results but could not open. Treat them as unconfirmed:

• ADTL2890: from Arabian Industries, Hall 16, stand 16612. The post calls it a free visitor pass.
• ADTL18670: from Super Technical Enterprises, Hall 3. The post says it is "for free visitor pass".

How to register for ADIPEC for free with a code

You use a code on the same official form as everyone else, at adipec.com. There is no separate form for free passes.

1. Open an exhibitor's link, or ADIPEC's registration page. A link with "actioncode=" in it already carries the code.
2. Press "Start your registration" if you came to ADIPEC's page yourself.
3. Fill in your details. The form asks for your name, email, job title, company, country, city, mobile and address.
4. Type the code in the "Promo Code" box if your link did not fill it in.
5. Check the price before you go on. A free code should bring it to zero. If it still says US$60, the code is a discount or has run out. Try another one.
6. Finish the form. Upload a passport-style photo and your passport or Emirates ID, as you would for a paid pass.
7. Look for your badge in your email. It comes the same way as a paid badge.

We have not tested these codes, because we did not submit the form. The price on the form is the real test. Our guide to ADIPEC 2026 registration explains every screen of the form.

More exhibitors keep releasing codes as the show gets closer. So keep checking the LinkedIn, Instagram and website news pages of companies exhibiting at ADIPEC, especially the ones you already work with. A post that says "visit us at ADIPEC" may have a free registration link in it. Our tips on how to find more ADIPEC promo codes show where to look.

2. ADIPEC Media Pass

If you write, film or post about energy for a living, you can apply for a free media pass. If ADIPEC accepts you, you get a media badge. If it says no, it registers you as a normal visitor instead.

ADIPEC accepts these people:

• Editorial staff of trade publications
• Writers who cover energy for a recognised media outlet
• Freelancers for national, regional or international media
• Bloggers with at least 10,000 visits a month
• Photographers and videographers who work for an exhibitor
• Social media influencers with a relevant following

Advertising and sales staff of a publication cannot apply. A media badge also lets you into the opening ceremony and most of the conferences. The show is only days away, so write to media@adipec.com today.

3. Exhibitor or Speaker Badge

If your company has a stand at ADIPEC, its staff get exhibitor badges. Ask the person who runs your stand whether there is a badge for you. Companies arrange these badges through ADIPEC's exhibitor manual, so the request goes through your employer.

Speakers get a speaker pass, and it includes the exhibition halls. ADIPEC invites its speakers, so this only works if you are already on the programme.

4. Young ADIPEC for Students

Students come to ADIPEC through Young ADIPEC, the organiser's programme for schools and universities. It includes tours of the exhibition for groups of high school and university students. There is no free student pass that you can book on your own.

Ask your school or university whether it has signed up, or write to youngadipec@dmgevents.com. Remember that nobody under 18 can enter on a normal visitor pass.

How to Find More ADIPEC Promo Codes

New codes keep appearing until the show opens. Here is how to find one:

• Search LinkedIn for "ADIPEC 2026 promo code" and "ADIPEC 2026 free pass", and sort by latest.
• Check your suppliers. Look up the companies you work with on the official ADIPEC exhibitor list. Then look on their websites and LinkedIn pages for a "visit us" post.
• Ask your account manager. Send one line: "Do you have an ADIPEC 2026 visitor promo code?"

ADIPEC codes start with ADEX or ADTL, followed by numbers.

Things to Keep in Mind

• Register only on adipec.com. A real code always takes you to the official form. Never type your passport details into another website.
• Never pay for a "free pass". If someone asks for a fee or a deposit, walk away.
• Register in your own name. Your badge carries your name, and nobody else can use it.
• Don't wait too long. If no code works by Sunday 1 November, paying US$60 then saves you US$40 on Monday.
