ADIPEC 2026 Shuttle Bus

This guide tells you which shuttle is yours, where it picks you up, when it runs and where it drops you. At the end, you will find what to do if you miss the last bus.

Is the ADIPEC Shuttle Bus Free?

Yes. Every ADIPEC shuttle bus is free. You don't buy a ticket and you don't book a seat. Just keep your ADIPEC badge with you, because you need it at the door of the halls.

Seats go to whoever is at the stop first. So on a busy morning, an earlier bus is a safer bet than the last one.

ADIPEC 2026 Shuttle Bus Schedule

Here are the three shuttles side by side. Pick the one that matches how you are getting to Abu Dhabi:

The halls will be open from 10am to 6.30pm, and until 5.30pm on Thursday. ADIPEC warns that buses can run late between 8am and 10am, when the roads are busiest. So aim to be on a bus at least an hour before you want to walk in.

1. Park and Ride Shuttle

This is the shuttle you choose if you drive to the venue.

This is the bus for those who have driven to ADIPEC. You cannot park at ADNEC during the show. So...

• You leave your car at one of five free car parks.
• Then this bus takes you to the halls.
• You avail the same service to get back to the car park when you are done at the event.

The car park you choose decides where you get off. Remember this, because your bus back leaves from the same stop:

How to catch it:

1. Drive to your car park. Use the official map pin, not the name, because some sites have no building. Our guide to ADIPEC 2026 parking has the pin for each one.
2. Park and walk to the bus stop. Parking is free and you don't need a pass.
3. Get on the next bus. One leaves every 20 minutes.
4. Note your stop at ADNEC. It is either the roundabout entrance or Marina Hall, Car Park D.
5. Go back to the same stop in the evening. The last bus leaves at 7.30pm.

2. Hotel Shuttle Bus

This is the shuttle you choose if you want to take a shuttle directly from your hotel.

If your hotel is on the list, you may not need a car or a taxi at all. ADIPEC will run buses from about 20 hotels on 10 routes. The buses go to ADNEC only in the morning and come back only in the late afternoon.

Your ride time depends on your route. This is how long the first bus of the morning takes, from ADIPEC's route plans:

Route 8 serves these hotels on Yas Island:

• Yas Plaza Circuit, Yas Plaza Marina, Yas Plaza Bay and Yas Plaza Mangroves
• Staybridge Suites Yas Island
• Crowne Plaza Yas

How to catch it:

1. Ask at reception the night before. ADIPEC says your hotel's concierge has the pick-up point and times for your route.
2. Be at the pick-up point a few minutes early. Seats are not reserved.
3. Get off at the roundabout entrance. This is also where the buses back to the hotels leave from.
4. Be back at the roundabout entrance by 7pm. That is the last bus to the hotels.

The morning buses stop at 12 noon. If you want to arrive in the afternoon, take a taxi.

3. Etihad Rail Shuttle

This is the shuttle you choose if you arrive in Abu Dhabi via the Etihad Rail at Mohammed bin Zayed City station.

This bus is new for 2026, and it links the train with the show. Etihad Rail's Abu Dhabi station is on the mainland, a drive away from ADNEC. ADIPEC will run a free bus between the station and the venue, in both directions.

ADIPEC has not published the times or the exact pick-up point yet. Its venue map shows the bus will have its own stop at ADNEC.

There is one more thing to know. The last train back to Dubai leaves Abu Dhabi at 5.43pm, on Etihad Rail's schedule for 30 October. That is before the halls close. Where Does the ADIPEC Shuttle Drop You?

The buses use three different stops at ADNEC. Find yours here:

• The roundabout entrance: the Park and Ride buses from Shahama, Deerfields Mall and Al Raha, and all the hotel buses.
• Marina Hall, Car Park D: the Park and Ride buses from Marina Mall and Sas Al Nakhl.
• The Etihad Rail shuttle stop: a separate stop for the train bus, marked on ADIPEC's venue map.

Your bus back always leaves from the stop where you got off. Take a photo of the stop sign in the morning. It saves a lot of walking in the evening.

Missed the Last ADIPEC Shuttle?

Take a taxi. ADNEC has two taxi points, and both work for pick-up and drop-off:

• Marina Hall, near Car Park E
• Opposite the Aloft Hotel, in the Embassies area
