ADIPEC 2026 is a four-day energy industry exhibition and conference at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi, from Monday 2 to Thursday 5 November 2026, open from 10am each day. A visitor pass costs US$60 plus 5% VAT, about AED 231, before the show and US$120 from 2 November. Visitors must be 18 or over.

ADIPEC 2026 is the energy industry's big yearly trade show in Abu Dhabi. For four days, from Monday 2 to Thursday 5 November, oil, gas, power and technology companies from around the world fill the ADNEC exhibition centre to show what they make and to do business with each other.

It is a work event, not a public fair. If you are going for the first time, two things are worth knowing today: a visitor pass costs US$60 plus 5% VAT, about AED 231, and double from 2 November. And you cannot park at the venue.

ADIPEC 2026

Here is what ADIPEC is, then the dates, the daily timings, where it is held, what it costs to attend, and parking. After that come the exhibitor list, the floor plan with the halls and zones, the conference, the app and what the name stands for.

What Is ADIPEC?

ADIPEC is an exhibition and a conference under one roof. In the exhibition, more than 2,000 companies take stands across the halls: oil and gas producers, the firms that supply them, and companies working on power, chemicals, shipping and AI. People walk the stands to see new equipment, meet suppliers and sign deals. In the conference, industry leaders and engineers give talks.

The name is short for Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference. ADNOC, the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company, is the host, and a company called dmg events runs the show. The organiser calls it the world's largest energy event.

So who goes? People who work in or with the energy industry: engineers, buyers, sales teams, managers and investors. The registration form asks for your job title and your company, and nobody under 18 is allowed in. If you are simply curious, you can still buy a visitor pass, but this is a business exhibition and not a family day out.

When Is ADIPEC 2026? Dates

ADIPEC 2026 runs from Monday 2 November to Thursday 5 November 2026. That is four days in a row, and all four are working days in the UAE, because this is a business event. So most people come for a day or two during their working week.

The hours are not the same on all four days, so check them before you choose your day.

ADIPEC 2026 Timings

ADIPEC 2026 is open from 10am to 6:30pm on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, and from 10am to 5:30pm on Thursday, the last day. So the halls open at the same time every day, and they close one hour earlier on the Thursday. Here are the four days:

If you can only come on the Thursday, remember the earlier close and arrive in the morning.

ADIPEC does not print a last-entry time, and it does not say when the doors or the badge desks open before 10am. The same hours are on ADIPEC's visit page, so look there once more in the week of the show in case a time has changed.

Where Is ADIPEC 2026 Held?

ADIPEC 2026 is held at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi, on Khaleej Al Arabi Street in Abu Dhabi, and it uses the whole venue. The two names look alike, so here is the difference once: ADNEC is the building, the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre, and ADIPEC is the show held inside it.

The venue gives its full address as ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi, Khaleej Al Arabi Street, P.O. Box 5546, Abu Dhabi. Type "ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi" into your maps app and it will take you to the right place.

How far is it? ADIPEC gives these driving times:

  • about 15 minutes from Abu Dhabi International Airport
  • about 20 minutes from downtown Abu Dhabi
  • about 90 minutes from Dubai International Airport

Those are the organiser's figures for a normal road. On show mornings the roads around the venue are busy, so give yourself more time than that.

How Much Does It Cost to Attend ADIPEC 2026?

ADIPEC 2026 is not free: a visitor pass costs US$60 plus 5% VAT, about AED 231 in total, if you register online before the show opens. From Monday 2 November the same pass costs US$120, about AED 441. One pass covers all four days.

The price doubles on the first show day. ADIPEC does not say if VAT is added to the US$120 price.

Anyone aged 18 or over can register, and nobody under 18 is allowed into the exhibition. The form asks for a passport-style photo and a copy of your passport or Emirates ID. Our guide to ADIPEC 2026 registration takes you through the form, promo codes and the badge.

Parking and Getting to ADIPEC 2026

There is no visitor parking at ADNEC during ADIPEC 2026, and that surprises many first-time visitors who plan to drive.

The organiser asks drivers to leave the car at one of five free Park and Ride sites instead: Shahama, Deerfields Mall, Al Raha, Marina Mall and Sas Al Nakhl.

A free shuttle bus runs between each site and the venue every 20 minutes, from 8am to 8pm on all four days. Our guide to ADIPEC 2026 parking helps you choose a site and explains where the bus drops you, and it covers taxis and hotel shuttles too.

ADIPEC 2026 Exhibitor List

The ADIPEC 2026 exhibitor list is on the official ADIPEC website. It is an A to Z list of company names, and it already has this year's exhibitors in it.

With more than 2,000 companies in the building, you cannot simply walk in and hope to find the ones you want. So spend ten minutes with the official ADIPEC 2026 exhibitor list before you go.

There are two ways to use it:

  • Type a company's name into the search box to see if it is exhibiting.
  • Scroll through the A to Z list to see who is there, when you do not have a name in mind.

One thing to know, because many people look for it: the exhibitor list cannot be downloaded. The page has no PDF or Excel button. So write down the names of the companies you want to see, or keep the page open on your phone.

The list tells you who is at the show. To see where to walk, you need the floor plan.

ADIPEC 2026 Floor Plan, Halls and Zones

The ADIPEC 2026 floor plan is a one-page venue map, and you can download it as a PDF. The ADIPEC 2026 floor plan page shows the map, and under it there is a link called "Download venue map". The file is small enough to save on your phone.

The map is an overview. It shows the halls, the zones, the conference rooms and the entrances, so it tells you which hall to walk to. It does not show each company's stand. For that, ADIPEC points you to the interactive floor map inside its app, which we come to below.

The halls

The stands are spread over halls numbered 1 to 16. Halls 1 to 13 are in the main building, around the central Atrium. Halls 15 and 16 are on the waterfront side, across Khaleej Al Arabi Street, and a link bridge joins them to the main building. The official map shows no Hall 14, so do not look for it.

The special zones

Four special zones and a student programme sit inside those halls, and your visitor pass covers all of them:

Visitors can also sit in the Innovation Sessions, which are short talks on AI and on maritime and logistics. And if you want a country's companies together, there are 30 country pavilions, with Argentina, Austria and Nigeria new this year.

How big the show is

All of this adds up to a very large show. These are the numbers the organiser gives for this year:

2,250+
exhibiting companies
239,000+

54
national and international energy companies

ADIPEC also says the 2025 show produced US$53 billion of business across 49,131 deals. Take these as the organiser's own figures. The slogan on the ADIPEC homepage this year is "Where energy opportunity takes shape", and the exhibition and conference pages each use a different line, so you may see others.

The ADIPEC 2026 Conference and the Delegate Pass

The ADIPEC 2026 conference runs beside the exhibition, and you need a delegate pass to sit in its sessions. This is where first-time visitors often get confused.

A visitor pass does not let you into the conference sessions. It is for the exhibition halls, the zones and the Innovation Sessions only.

The conference has two parts. The Strategic Conference, with 11 programmes, is for leaders and decision makers. The Technical Conference, with two programmes, is for engineers.

The price of a delegate pass is very different from the price of a visitor pass. ADIPEC prints two standard prices:

Delegate passPriceWhat it covers
All Access, 4 daysUS$7,250 (about AED 26,626)All 13 conference programmes, delegate lunches and the exhibition
Technical, 4 daysUS$2,030 (about AED 7,455)The two technical programmes, delegate lunches and the exhibition

Both delegate passes include the exhibition, so a delegate does not need a visitor pass as well. ADIPEC's pricing page does not say whether VAT is added to these prices. For member rates or for more than five passes, it asks you to write to delegate@adipec.com.

So which one do you need? If you are going to meet suppliers and see products, the visitor pass is enough. Buy a delegate pass only if there are conference sessions you want to attend.

The ADIPEC 2026 App

The official app is called the ADIPEC 2026 mobile app, and it is already live. It is the one place where you can see a stand-by-stand floor map, which is why it is worth installing before you travel.

Here is how to get it working:

  1. Register for ADIPEC first. The app only lets in people who are already registered as a visitor, delegate or exhibitor.
  2. Open adipec.com/app on your phone. The page has one download link, and it sends your phone to its own app store.
  3. Log in with your registered email address. Use the same email you gave on the registration form, then create a password.

Inside the app you can search exhibitors and products, open the interactive floor map, read the full conference schedule and book meetings with other people at the show. It also sends live updates during the four days. If you cannot log in, write to app@adipec.com.

What Does ADIPEC Stand For?

ADIPEC stands for the Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference. That is the full name given by the Abu Dhabi Media Office, the government's own news office. The official ADIPEC website no longer spells it out, and it uses only the short name.

The full name explains where the show began: as an oil and gas exhibition. Today the organiser presents it as an event for the whole energy industry, which is why it now uses the short name only.
