WETEX 2026 Exhibitor List and Floor Plan: Who Is Exhibiting and Where

The WETEX 2026 exhibitor list on wetex.ae names 597 private sector companies and 18 government stands from 29 countries, led by the UAE, China and Italy. The floor plan is a PDF dated 5 October 2026 under Content Hub, and it shows every stand in the Dubai World Trade Centre halls.

The WETEX 2026 exhibitor list is already on the official website, five days before WETEX in Dubai opens on Tuesday 20 October. On 15 October it named 597 private sector companies and 18 government stands, and the floor plan shows where every one of them will be.

Most of these companies work in water, and China has brought 134 of them, more than any country except the UAE. If you are going, an hour with the list now saves you a lot of walking between halls next week.

This guide shows you how to search the official list, who is exhibiting and in which hall, where each country pavilion is, how to read the floor plan, and how to turn all of it into a plan for your visit.

How to Search the WETEX Exhibitor List

The full list lives on one page of the official website, wetex.ae/en/exhibit, and you do not need an account to read it. It is a table of 20 rows a page, so the trick is to search and sort it rather than scroll through 30 pages.

Step 1: Scroll down to "Exhibitor List"

Open the page and scroll past the text for exhibitors, "Exhibit Benefits" and the four pillars (Water, Energy, Technology, Environment). The table starts under the heading "Exhibitor List". On the menu, the same page is called "Exhibitor".

Step 2: Choose a tab

Above the table there are two tabs. Private Sector is open when the page loads and holds 597 companies. Government Organization holds 18 rows, such as DEWA's stands and Dubai Police. Click the tab you need; it does not change the address of the page.

Step 3: Search one column

Type in the box marked "Search for Exhibitor" and press Enter. The menu beside it, set to "All", lets you search one column instead: Exhibitor Name, Stand No, Country, Sector, Business Activity or Hall.

  • A country works well. "Germany" in the Country column gave 20 companies when we tried it.
  • A field works too. "Green Mobility" with "All" gave 16 rows.
  • The Hall column did not work for us. "H4" and "SS2" both gave "No Records Found". To see one hall, sort by hall instead (Step 4).

To go back to the full list, clear the box and press Enter again.

Step 4: Sort before you page through

The menu on the right, "Sort by", sorts the table by any column. Choose Stand No if you want to read the whole list page by page. In the default order, when we went through all 30 pages, the last pages repeated companies from the first ones, so some names never showed up. Sorted by stand number, every one of the 597 appeared once.

Under the table you can change the page size to 10, 15 or 20 rows. Each row has six columns, and this is what they mean:

The list gives no emails, phone numbers or websites. It is a map of who is where, and that is how to use it.

Who Are the Exhibitors at WETEX 2026?

The exhibitors at WETEX 2026 are mostly water and power companies from the UAE and China. Of the 615 rows, 284 give the UAE as their country and 134 give China. Italy, India, Russia and Germany come next.

29 countries and territories in all. Many UAE rows are the Dubai branches of foreign brands, such as Siemens and Tesla.

The UAE figure is bigger than it looks. Many international brands exhibit through their Dubai offices, so Siemens, Hitachi Energy and Schneider Electric all appear as UAE companies.

What they sell is mostly about water. 403 of the 615 rows put water in their sector: filters, membranes, pumps, valves, pipes and treatment plants. Energy and electricity come second, with cables, switchgear, transformers and meters.

Many companies name two or more fields, so the numbers add up to more than 615.

DEWA and the other government stands

The Government Organization tab has 18 rows. DEWA, the organiser, has six of them, spread over five halls:

  • DEWA Main Stand 1 in Za'abeel Hall 1 and DEWA Main Stand 2 in Sheikh Saeed Hall 1
  • the DEWA Water Platform in Sheikh Saeed Hall 3
  • DEWA BD&E in Hall 2, DEWA I&TF in Hall 7 and the DEWA Sustainability Seminar in Hall 1

Five Dubai government bodies share Sheikh Maktoum Hall, which is the Health and Safety Hub: Dubai Police, Dubai Civil Defence, the Dubai Health Authority, the Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services and Dubai Municipality. The tab also lists the Emirates Environmental Group (Hall 7) and three media stands: CNBC Arabia, IMI Media and DMI.

Some public bodies are on the Private Sector tab instead, so search both. RTA is there with a sponsor stand in Hall 1, and so is the Dubai Supreme Council of Energy in Za'abeel Hall 2.

The big companies and the sponsors

The sponsors fill the Za'abeel halls, near the Za'abeel entrance. Their stand numbers start with letters, not a hall number. These are some of the best-known names, as the list gives them:

  • Energy and utilities: ENOC, Acwa, Masdar, EWEC, Empower, TAQA (Hall 1), Etihad Water and Electricity (Hall 2)
  • Power equipment: Al Fanar, Siemens Energy (Sheikh Saeed Hall 1), Hitachi Energy, Schneider Electric, Ducab, Riyadh Cables, HD Hyundai Electric
  • Technology and services: Huawei, Dell Technologies, SAP and PwC
  • Building and engineering: Larsen & Toubro (L&T) and Damac Properties

Cars and chargers in Hall 4

For most residents, Hall 4 is the easiest hall to enjoy. It holds the Green Mobility zone, and the list puts these companies in it:

  • Tesla (stand 4-K8)
  • Kia, Vinfast and Deepal, all through Al Tayer Motors
  • Dubai Taxi, on four stands at 4-H6 and 4-J7 to 4-J9
  • Gargash Prime, Next Generation Mobility (Al Khoory), Black Stallion Cars and Ecoride
  • Fuse EV, which converts cars to electric, and Autel Energy, a charger maker

The list does not say which models each company will show. Our main WETEX 2026 guide has what else is on in each hall, from the seminars to the summit.

WETEX 2026 Country Pavilions

A country pavilion is an area where one country groups its companies together, usually with a national agency on a front desk. The list marks these stands with "Pavilion" in the Hall column, and the floor plan names them.

Most pavilions are in the three Sheikh Saeed halls, with China in Halls 3 and 4, and Russia split between the Arena and Hall 2.

The German pavilion

The German pavilion is in Sheikh Saeed Hall 1, on stands SS-E15 to SS-J23. Search "Germany" in the Country column and you get 20 companies; 19 of them are in the pavilion. Look for the "Germany Information" stand at SS-G15 first.

The German companies are mostly about water and metering. They include Beckhoff Automation, ANDRITZ Separation, MANN+HUMMEL Water & Fluid Solutions, ProMinent, Zenner, Engelmann Sensor and Qundis.

The China pavilion

China has the biggest pavilion at WETEX 2026. 79 Chinese companies are in Hall 3 and 37 in Hall 4, most of them making water purifiers, membranes, pumps and valves. A handful more are on single stands in other halls.

WETEX 2026 Floor Plan

The WETEX 2026 floor plan is a one-page PDF on the official website. Open "Content Hub" in the top menu and choose "WETEX 2026 floor plan", or use the button below. The same file is linked under the exhibitor list. It is dated 5 October 2026 (revision 227).

The plan shows every stand with its company name, across Za'abeel Halls 1 to 3, Halls 1 to 8, the Arena, Sheikh Saeed Halls 1 to 3 and Sheikh Maktoum Hall. Sheikh Rashid Hall is marked for the World Green Economy Summit. It also marks the entrances, registration desks, prayer rooms, cafes and the Trade Centre Metro Station.

Each area has a theme printed across it:

  • Za'abeel halls: Sponsors
  • Halls 1 and 2: Solar, Sustainability and Water
  • Halls 3 and 4: Water, Wastewater and Environment, then the Green Mobility Zone
  • Halls 5 to 8: Water, Energy and Innovation
  • Arena and Sheikh Saeed halls: Water, Waste Water, Waste Treatment and Environment

The colours in the legend, at the bottom left, tell you the type of stand: sponsor stands by level, space-only stands, ready-built (shell scheme) stands and international pavilions. The plan is detailed, so save it on your phone and zoom in on one hall at a time.

How to read a stand number

The stand number usually tells you the hall before you open the map. In 6-D20, the 6 is Hall 6. Stands in the Sheikh Saeed halls, the Arena, Sheikh Maktoum Hall and the sponsor area use letters instead:

Read the stand number before you walk

6-D20
Hall 6. The number before the dash is the hall, and D is the lettered section along the hall's edge on the plan.

Za'abeel Hall 3.
GSP3
A sponsor stand. The number does not say the hall, so read the Hall column (here, Z3).
In a few rows the stand number and the Hall column do not match. When that happens, find the company's name on the floor plan.

This is how the 615 rows on the list spread across the halls, with a few names you will know in each.

How to Plan Your Visit with the WETEX Exhibitor List

WETEX fills most of Dubai World Trade Centre, and you will not see 615 stands in one day. A short list of 10 to 15 stands, grouped by hall, is enough for a good visit. This is how to build it.

  1. Make a shortlist. Search the list by the field you care about (for example "Solar" or "Green Mobility") or by country. Add the big names you want to see.
  2. Write down two things for each company: the stand number and the Hall column. A note on your phone is enough.
  3. Group your list by hall. Then find each stand on the floor plan and mark it, so you walk each hall once.
  4. Book meetings ahead, if you want to talk business (see below).
  5. Keep the plan on your phone. The WETEX app also has the exhibitor list and the floor plan, which helps once you are inside.

The halls are open from 10am to 6pm on all three days. Our main WETEX guide has the daily programme, and the WETEX location guide covers the Metro and parking.

Book a B2B meeting with an exhibitor

If you want a proper meeting rather than a chat at the stand, WETEX runs a meeting booking service on its website. You choose "B2B Meeting" (with a company) or "B2G Meeting" (with a government body), say whether you are an exhibitor or a visitor, and pick a category: Water, Electricity / Energy, Technology / Smartech, Solar or Others. Then you choose the exhibitor and a time slot, and add your name, company, country, job title, mobile and an agenda.

The form asks for "your registered email ID only", so register as a visitor first. Our WETEX registration guide walks you through that form.

Exhibiting at WETEX in 2027

It is too late to get a stand at WETEX 2026: build-up starts on 18 October, and the payment and service deadlines passed in August and September. If you want your company on next year's list, contact the WETEX sales team now. Stand space costs AED 1,655 per square metre for space only and AED 1,760 for a ready-built stand, with 9 square metres as the minimum.

Our WETEX registration guide has the full exhibitor process, from the participation form to staff badges.

FAQs

Is there a WETEX 2026 exhibition catalogue?

Not yet. On 15 October 2026 the Content Hub on wetex.ae offered only the Exhibition Catalogue 2025. For 2026, the online exhibitor list and the floor plan are what the organiser has published.

Does the WETEX exhibitor list give contact details?

No. Each row shows only the company name, stand number, country, sector, business activity and hall. To meet a company, visit its stand or book a B2B meeting through the WETEX website.

Will the WETEX exhibitor list change before the show?

It can. The list is updated as companies are added or removed, and the count of private sector companies moved from 598 to 597 on 15 October 2026. Check it again the day before you go.

Is the exhibitor list in the WETEX app?

Yes. The WETEX app, made by DEWA, lists the exhibitor list and the floor plan among its features, alongside visitor registration and directions inside the halls.
