15 Best Online Shopping Apps in UAE: Best, Cheapest, Reliable, Fastest Compared
The best online shopping apps in the UAE are noon and Amazon for almost everything, Namshi and AIVI for clothes, SHEIN, Temu and Trendyol for the lowest prices, Ounass for luxury, Sharaf DG for electronics and IKEA for the home. Amazon Now and noon deliver some items within an hour, while overseas apps take 6 to 20 days. Free delivery usually starts at AED 100 to AED 250.
Fifteen apps cover almost everything you can buy online in the UAE, and noon and Amazon still carry most everyday shopping. The newest name is AIVI, which is what 6thStreet has been called since August, and online orders into Dubai worth up to AED 1,000 no longer pay customs duty. Flipkart and Myntra, which many newcomers look for, do not deliver here.
Online Shopping Apps in the UAE
In this guide you will find 15 online shopping apps in the UAE, with everything each one sells, what people mostly use it for, when its biggest sales are and what to watch out for. Then we answer the four questions in the title, which app is best, cheapest, most reliable and fastest, show the sales calendar, and compare the pairs people search for most, such as noon vs Amazon and SHEIN vs Temu.
1. noon
noon is the UAE's own answer to Amazon. It was started in Dubai by Mohamed Alabbar, the founder of Emaar, and went live in late 2017. Today it sells millions of products, from phones and perfume to nappies, and it has far more ratings than any other shopping app in the UAE App Store.
Only on noon: shopping, groceries and food in one plan
One noon One membership covers free delivery on shopping, on noon Food and on quick groceries from noon Minutes, which brings items from shops such as Spinneys, Choithrams and Aster Pharmacy.
What do I use it for?
Most people use noon for phones, electronics and household basics at sale prices, and many keep it as their one app for shopping, groceries and takeaway. Its sale events, Yellow Friday in November and 11.11, are among the biggest in the country.
What should I be wary of?
Not everything on noon is sold by noon. Items marked noon Express are stocked and shipped by noon and get the fast delivery; other items come from outside sellers, who pack them and may charge their own delivery. Returns are free within 15 days, but only on items marked as returnable, so check the item page for things like perfume, supplements or opened electronics.
2. Amazon
Amazon came to the UAE when it bought Souq.com, the region's best-known shopping site, and relaunched it as Amazon.ae on 1 May 2019. There is no separate UAE app: you download the normal Amazon Shopping app and it opens the UAE store for a UAE address.
Only on Amazon: shop the US, UK and German stores
Through the Global Store, you can order from Amazon's US, UK and German stores in the same app, and Prime members get that delivery free.
What do I use it for?
Amazon is the most-visited shopping site in the UAE. People use it for electronics, books, baby supplies and household refills, often on Subscribe and Save, and for things local shops do not stock, through the Global Store. Prime members also get Amazon Now, with some groceries delivered in about 15 minutes.
What should I be wary of?
- Return windows differ by item: 15 days for electronics, beauty and home, 30 days for clothes and baby items, and none at all for groceries, underwear and socks.
- TVs and large appliances can only be replaced. Global Store items take 5 to 13 business days, cannot be exchanged, and add an import-fee deposit at checkout.
- Cash on delivery costs AED 10, and it is not offered on Global Store items or when your open orders total more than AED 1,000.
3. SHEIN
SHEIN is one of the most popular apps for cheap clothes in the UAE, and the top fashion shopping site in the country by visits. The app, founded in China and now run from Singapore, has very low prices on trend fashion, shoes, home items and accessories. Most parcels come from abroad, although SHEIN also runs a warehouse in the UAE.
Only on SHEIN: every size in one place
SHEIN has a full Curve range for plus sizes, alongside women's, men's, kids' and maternity clothes, so a whole family can shop in one order.
What do I use it for?
Mostly trend clothes, party outfits, kidswear and accessories at a fraction of mall prices, and small home and phone accessories added to the same order.
What should I be wary of?
- Returns are accepted for 15 days, and only the first return on each order is free; each later return from the same order costs AED 10.
- Swimwear, lingerie, jewellery, beauty products and custom items cannot be returned, so check the size chart before you buy them.
4. Temu
Temu sells very cheap goods shipped directly from sellers in China, from phone cases to kitchen tools. It launched in the UAE in September 2023 and is now the No. 1 shopping app in the UAE App Store. Its big pull is that standard shipping is free on almost all orders, with no minimum.
Only on Temu: free shipping and 90 days to return
Temu is the only app of the 15 with free standard shipping on almost every order, however small, and most items can be returned within 90 days.
What do I use it for?
Small, cheap things you are happy to wait for: kitchen gadgets, storage boxes, phone and car accessories, craft supplies and party decorations.
What should I be wary of?
- Temu calls itself a broker, not the seller, so quality depends on the seller. The first return on each order is free and later ones cost AED 12, and bank refunds take 5 to 14 business days.
- Temu also warns about fake text messages asking for a "customs" or courier fee: it does not charge fees by text.
5. Trendyol
Trendyol is a big Turkish shopping app, and it has had its own UAE site since August 2023, with warehouses in Dubai and Riyadh. It is strong on Turkish fashion brands, modest wear, shoes and home textiles, and it also sells Nike, Adidas, Skechers and its own Trendyol Collection.
Only on Trendyol: Turkish brands from a Dubai warehouse
Trendyol sells Turkish fashion and home brands that are hard to find in UAE malls, and keeps stock in Dubai, so many orders arrive faster than from other overseas apps.
What do I use it for?
Modest wear, everyday Turkish fashion and home textiles such as towels and bedding, at lower prices than most local malls.
What should I be wary of?
Delivery costs AED 30 on orders under AED 100, which can wipe out the saving on a small order. Returns are accepted within 15 days.
6. AliExpress
AliExpress is Alibaba's international shopping app. Like Temu, it ships cheap goods directly from sellers in China, but it is better known for electronics, tools and parts. Since June 2025 it has even sold electric cars from brands such as BYD and Geely in the UAE.
Only on AliExpress: the parts nobody else stocks
AliExpress is the place for spare parts, cables, craft supplies and tools that UAE shops rarely carry, sold by thousands of sellers.
What do I use it for?
Phone and computer accessories, replacement parts, tools and hobby supplies, especially during its Anniversary Sale in March and 11.11 in November.
What should I be wary of?
- Each seller sets its own delivery time and return terms, and AliExpress does not promise free returns in the UAE.
- Check the seller's rating and the return terms before you pay, and film the parcel as you open it.
7. Namshi
Namshi is one of the best-known fashion apps in the UAE. It started in Dubai in 2011, sells more than 2,000 brands, and has been owned by noon since February 2023. You can find everything from Nike trainers to modest wear, and delivery is fast inside the UAE.
Only on Namshi: free exchanges on 2,000 brands
Returns and exchanges are free within 14 days, so you can swap a size without paying twice, and its Outlet section has discounts of up to 70% all year.
What do I use it for?
Branded trainers, sportswear and everyday clothes from names like Nike, Adidas, New Balance, Guess and Tommy Hilfiger, especially in the January end-of-season sale.
What should I be wary of?
- Keep the security tag on until you are sure: Namshi can take up to 30% off the refund if it has been removed.
- You can exchange a size only once, beauty products cannot be returned, and refunds on cash-on-delivery orders go to your Namshi Wallet, not back as cash.
- Items marked "Global" cost AED 30 to ship under AED 100 and cannot be paid in cash.
8. AIVI
AIVI is the new name of 6thStreet, the fashion app run by Dubai's Apparel Group. It took the new name in August 2026. The app sells more than 1,200 brands, such as Skechers, Tommy Hilfiger, Charles & Keith and Levi's, and delivers selected products in 60 minutes.
Only on AIVI: an AI stylist
Ask AIVI, the app's AI stylist, suggests outfits, and you can try some items on virtually. Club Apparel is now Club AIVI, and its points work in more than 2,400 stores across the Gulf.
What do I use it for?
Shoes, bags and high-street fashion from Apparel Group's mall brands, when you want them today and want to earn Club AIVI points.
What should I be wary of?
Refunds on cash-on-delivery orders come back as store credit valid for one year, not cash, so pay by card if you might return something. The 60-minute delivery costs extra and works only with advance payment.
9. Ounass
Ounass is the UAE's main luxury fashion app, run by Dubai's Al Tayer Group since 2016. It sells more than 2,000 designer brands, from Gucci and Prada to Chloé, and it offers 2-hour delivery in Dubai.
Only on Ounass: designer pieces in 2 hours
In Dubai you can have a designer item at your door within 2 hours, and you get 30 days to return it free, the most generous returns of the fashion apps here.
What do I use it for?
Designer bags, shoes, fine jewellery and watches, and gifts that need to arrive the same day. Its pre-loved section sells second-hand designer pieces.
What should I be wary of?
Beauty, lingerie, earrings, candles and vintage items cannot be returned, and all furniture is final sale. Refunds on cash-on-delivery orders come back as store credit.
10. Centrepoint
Centrepoint is the department store app of Dubai's Landmark Group. It brings together Babyshop, Splash, Shoemart and Lifestyle, with more than 500 brands across clothes, shoes, kids' wear, baby items, beauty and home basics.
Only on Centrepoint: pay with Shukran and return in store
You can pay with Shukran points from any Landmark Group shop, collect your order free from more than 135 stores, and return items in a Centrepoint store.
What do I use it for?
Family shopping in one order: school clothes, baby gear from Babyshop, shoes from Shoemart and everyday basics, usually in the November Big Friday sale.
What should I be wary of?
- Cosmetics, perfumes, jewellery, lingerie and fashion accessories cannot be returned.
- If you choose click and collect, pick the order up within 14 days, or it is sent back and the refund can take up to 20 days.
11. Sharaf DG
Sharaf DG is the UAE's electronics and appliance specialist, founded in 2005, with stores in malls across the country and more than 50,000 products in its app. It offers same-day and next-day delivery on some items.
Only on Sharaf DG: reserve online, collect today
You can check stock at your nearest store, reserve an item to collect, trade in your old phone and add DG Shield protection, all in the app.
What do I use it for?
Phones, laptops, TVs and big appliances, often paid in 0% instalments with Tabby or Tamara, and bought during DG Friday or the back-to-school sale.
What should I be wary of?
- Returns are accepted for only 7 days, with the invoice, and opened goods carry a restocking fee.
- Phones and IT products cannot be returned once activated, and open-box units can be returned only if they are faulty, with a 6-month warranty.
12. IKEA
The IKEA UAE app lets you order furniture and home items for delivery anywhere in the UAE, or collect them free from a store. IKEA in the UAE is run by the Al-Futtaim group, and the app shows stock levels, so you can check before you drive to the store.
Only on IKEA: up to 120 days to change your mind
Joining IKEA Family is free, and it extends returns on unopened products from 90 to 120 days, the longest return window of any app here.
What do I use it for?
Setting up a new flat: beds, wardrobes, storage and kitchen basics, plus cheap accessories from its "Under AED 10" range.
What should I be wary of?
- Delivery and assembly add up: AED 45 to deliver furniture ordered online, AED 144 with assembly, and AED 350 for next-day delivery with assembly. These fees are not refunded if you return the item.
- Report missing or damaged parts within 48 hours.
13. Sephora
Sephora's UAE app sells make-up, skincare and perfume from more than 300 brands, such as Fenty, Rare Beauty, Huda Beauty, Drunk Elephant and Sol de Janeiro, plus its own Sephora Collection.
Only on Sephora: return in any UAE store
You can return an online order in any Sephora store in the UAE within 14 days, and collect Beauty Pass points on every order.
What do I use it for?
Prestige beauty brands and exclusives, and stocking up during The Beauty Sale in November.
What should I be wary of?
- Unlike Sephora in the US, the UAE store does not accept opened or used products.
- Sale items can be returned within only 3 days, and engraved items cannot be returned.
14. Brands For Less
Brands For Less is a Dubai off-price store that has sold branded goods for less since 1996, with more than 100 stores. TJX, the owner of TJ Maxx, bought a 35% stake in 2024. It sells clothes, shoes, toys and home items at up to 80% below the normal price.
Only on Brands For Less: real brands at off-price prices
Most stock is genuine end-of-line branded goods, so prices are well below the normal shop price all year, without waiting for a sale.
What do I use it for?
Kids' clothes, toys, sportswear and homeware on a budget, from more than 3,000 brands.
What should I be wary of?
- Sizes and stock are limited, because that is how off-price works, so buy what you like when you see it.
- Refunds, including on cash-on-delivery orders, can go to the BFL Wallet instead of back to you.
15. dubizzle
dubizzle is where people in the UAE buy and sell second-hand things, from sofas and phones to cars. It is a classified ads app, not a shop: you chat with the seller, agree a price and collect the item yourself.
Only on dubizzle: buy straight from people near you
dubizzle is the only person-to-person app here, which is why prices can be far lower than in shops. For used cars, it also sells a pre-purchase inspection from AED 369 plus VAT.
What do I use it for?
Used cars, second-hand furniture and phones, and selling your own things when you move.
What should I be wary of?
- There is no buyer protection, and dubizzle does not take payments for sellers.
- The most common scam is paying in advance to a "seller" who then disappears, so pay only face to face, when you collect the item.
- If you are selling, ignore links that say a buyer "has paid" and ask for your card details.
What Is the Best Online Shopping App in the UAE?
noon is the best online shopping app in the UAE for most people, because it sells almost everything, delivers fast and has the most ratings of any shopping app here. Amazon is a close second, and the better choice if you want items from the US, UK or Germany. For anything specialist, a dedicated app usually has more choice:
| If you want to buy | Best app | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Almost anything, fast | noon or Amazon | Millions of products, next-day delivery, cash on delivery |
| Everyday clothes and shoes | Namshi or AIVI | Thousands of brands, free returns within 14 days |
| The cheapest clothes | SHEIN or Trendyol | Very low prices, but slower delivery and returns |
| Designer fashion | Ounass | 2-hour delivery in Dubai and 30-day free returns |
| Very cheap small items | Temu or AliExpress | Free or low-cost shipping, but 1 to 3 weeks to arrive |
| Phones, laptops and appliances | Sharaf DG or Amazon | Store pickup, same-day delivery on some items |
| Furniture | IKEA | Delivery across the UAE, 90-day returns |
| Make-up and skincare | Sephora | More than 300 brands, returns in any UAE store |
| Branded goods on a budget | Brands For Less | 30% to 80% off the normal price |
| Second-hand | dubizzle | Buy directly from people near you |
When Are the Biggest Online Sales in the UAE?
The biggest online sales in the UAE are in November, when 11.11 is followed by noon's Yellow Friday, Amazon's White Friday and Sharaf DG's DG Friday. The Dubai Shopping Festival in December and January, Ramadan and Eid, and the summer sales come next.
If you want something big, such as a phone, a TV or furniture, it usually pays to wait for one of these sales. Sales also bring extra bank-card discounts: in November 2025 Amazon added up to 15% off with some ADCB, EIB, HSBC and ADIB cards.
Which Online Shopping App Is Cheapest in the UAE?
Temu and SHEIN usually have the lowest prices, but local apps are often cheaper once you count delivery and returns. Temu ships almost every order free, while most UAE apps give free delivery from AED 100 to AED 250. Below that, you pay a fee of about AED 10 to AED 30.
If you shop on noon or Amazon every week, a delivery membership can save more than any discount code:
| App | Membership | Price | What you get |
|---|---|---|---|
| Amazon | Prime | AED 16 a month or AED 140 a year | Free same-day and next-day delivery, free delivery from the US, UK and Germany, Prime Video |
| noon | noon One | AED 15 a month for now (AED 25 on the App Store listing) | Free next-day delivery, free same-day delivery over AED 100, 14-day free trial |
| Sharaf DG | DG Member | Paid yearly plan, price not published | No delivery charge on items sold by Sharaf DG |
| IKEA | IKEA Family | Free | Returns extended to 120 days, member prices |
Skip it. Group your items into one order over the free-delivery minimum, and pay by card to avoid cash-on-delivery fees.
A membership will probably pay for itself. Amazon Prime costs AED 16 a month, and noon One AED 15 for now. Try the free trial first.
For groceries and restaurant food, see our guide to food delivery apps in Dubai.
Which Online Shopping App Is Most Reliable in the UAE?
The most reliable choice is the brand's own app, or the official store page inside noon or Amazon. On noon and Amazon, items from outside sellers are packed and shipped by the seller, and their returns are handled by the seller too, so problems are more likely there than on items the app stocks itself. Of the 15, Brands For Less, Ounass, IKEA and Sephora have the highest ratings, all 4.7 out of 5 or more.
Returns matter as much as the rating, especially for clothes. A cheap dress you cannot send back is not a bargain:
| App | Return window | Free to return? |
|---|---|---|
| Temu | 90 days | First return on each order is free, then AED 12 |
| IKEA | 90 days, or 120 days with IKEA Family | Return in store |
| Ounass | 30 days | Yes |
| Amazon | 15 days, or 30 days for clothes and shoes | Return postage may be taken from the refund |
| noon | 15 days | Delivery and cash-on-delivery fees are not refunded |
| Trendyol | 15 days | Yes, on its general returns page |
| SHEIN | 15 days | First return on each order is free, then AED 10 |
| Namshi | 14 days | Yes, beauty items cannot be returned |
| AIVI | 14 days | Yes, if the conditions are met |
| Sephora | 14 days, or 3 days for sale items | Return in any UAE store; opened products not accepted |
| Sharaf DG | 7 days, with the invoice | Restocking fee on opened goods |
Three habits make any app more reliable:
- Check who sells the item. On noon and Amazon, buy from listings sold or fulfilled by the app itself, or from the brand's official store.
- Film the parcel as you open it. Several apps refuse refunds for missing or broken items without proof.
- Pay by card, not cash. A card payment is easier to dispute with your bank if a refund never comes.
Which Online Shopping App Delivers Fastest in the UAE?
Amazon Now is the fastest, with some items delivered in 15 minutes in major cities. noon's supermall and noon Minutes, and AIVI's selected products, arrive within an hour, and Ounass delivers designer pieces in 2 hours in Dubai. Overseas apps are the slowest: SHEIN takes about 1 to 2 weeks and Temu 6 to 20 days.
These fast options cover selected items in selected areas, and some cost extra. The delivery date is always shown before you pay, so compare it at checkout if you need something by a set day.
noon vs Amazon, SHEIN vs Temu and More Compared
These are the comparisons people search for most. Let's compare them two at a time.
noon vs Amazon
| Compare | noon | Amazon |
|---|---|---|
| UAE App Store rating | 4.6 out of 5 | 4.3 out of 5 |
| Free delivery | With noon One, from AED 15 a month for now | Over AED 100, or always with Prime at AED 16 a month |
| Fastest delivery | Under an hour on noon supermall items | 15 minutes with Amazon Now |
| Extra with membership | Free delivery on noon Food | Free delivery from the US, UK and Germany, Prime Video |
| Biggest sales | Yellow Friday and 11.11 | White Friday, Prime Day and 11.11 |
The UAE version of Amazon is Amazon.ae, which replaced Souq.com in 2019, but many people mean noon when they ask, because it works the same way. Pick noon if you also order food and groceries, because one membership covers all three. Pick Amazon for the widest choice and for items from the US or UK.
SHEIN vs Temu
| Compare | SHEIN | Temu |
|---|---|---|
| Best for | Trend clothes and shoes | Cheap gadgets, home items and accessories |
| Delivery | About 1 to 2 weeks | 6 to 20 days |

| Best for | Cheap everyday items | Parts, tools and accessories |
| Biggest sale | Daily deals all year | Anniversary Sale (March) and 11.11 |
Pick Temu for cheap everyday things with free shipping. Pick AliExpress when you need a specific part or accessory, and check the seller's rating first.
SHEIN vs Trendyol
| Compare | SHEIN | Trendyol |
|---|---|---|
| Ships from | Abroad | A Dubai warehouse for many items |
| Returns | 15 days, first return free | 15 days |
| Style | Trend fashion | Turkish brands and modest wear |
| Sizes | Every size, including plus size | Strong on modest wear |
Pick SHEIN for the lowest prices on trend pieces. Pick Trendyol for modest wear and Turkish brands, and order over AED 100 to avoid its high delivery fee.
Namshi vs AIVI (formerly 6thStreet)
| Compare | Namshi | AIVI |
|---|---|---|
| Owner | noon | Apparel Group |
| Brands | More than 2,000 | More than 1,200 |
| Free delivery | Over AED 150 | Over AED 100 |
| Fastest delivery | Same day in some areas | 60 minutes on selected products |
Pick Namshi for the bigger range and free exchanges. Pick AIVI for Apparel Group brands, faster delivery and Club AIVI points.
Can Flipkart Deliver to the UAE?
No. Flipkart does not deliver to the UAE. Flipkart's own shipping page says it does not deliver internationally and asks customers to use a delivery address in India. You can pay with a foreign card, but only to send items to someone in India.
Myntra does not deliver to the UAE either. Its international service, Myntra Global, shipped only to Singapore when we checked. If you are looking for an Indian shopping app, Amazon.ae and noon are the closest match, because both sell many of the same brands and offer cash on delivery.
Things to Keep in Mind When You Shop Online in the UAE
Do you pay customs on SHEIN, Temu or AliExpress orders?
Since 3 August 2026, Dubai Customs charges no customs duty on online orders worth up to AED 1,000, except tobacco, vapes and alcohol, and goods returned within 60 days are exempt too. VAT is a separate tax and can still apply to goods from abroad, so check the tax line at checkout.
A few other things save money and trouble:
- Cash on delivery costs extra. noon charges AED 12, Namshi AED 15, AIVI and Sephora AED 20 and Ounass AED 25, and the fee is usually not refunded if you return the item.
- Mixed baskets can mean two fees. On Amazon and noon, items from outside sellers can carry their own delivery fee, even when the rest of your order ships free.
- Order early for birthdays and Eid. Overseas parcels take one to three weeks.
If an order goes wrong and the app does not fix it, this is what to do:
- Report it in the app first. Open the order, choose the problem and add photos or your unboxing video. Keep the chat.
- Ask your bank for a chargeback if you paid by card and the refund never arrives. Give them the order number and the chat.
- Complain to Dubai's consumer protection team if the seller is a Dubai business. File a complaint on consumerrights.ae or in the Dubai Consumer app, or call 600 545555.
