1. Rolls-Royce Dubai (rollsroycers.com)
Rolls-Royce Dubai is a chauffeur and rental company with the fullest published price list for every Rolls-Royce model, from the Ghost to the electric Spectre. It is not the official Rolls-Royce dealer, despite the name. Its hourly prices include VAT.
It is also the only service here with a priced wedding package: from AED 2,500 for four hours with flowers, ribbons, a "Just Married" sign, a red carpet and champagne, or AED 4,200 for six hours. Its pricing page is unclear on whether fuel is included, so confirm that, and note the deposit of AED 5,000 to 10,000. Cancelling 48 hours or more ahead is free.
Choose Rolls-Royce Dubai if you want a short booking or a wedding car with a clear price.
2. Wellcare Limousines
Wellcare is a Dubai limousine company that rents its Rolls-Royces with a driver in blocks of five or ten hours, with fuel, tolls, water and unlimited kilometres in Dubai included. For a long booking it is the cheapest here.
Its rates rise between October and April, so the price for your date may be higher than the one listed. Through its OneClickDrive listing, cancellation is free up to 48 hours before pick-up.
Choose Wellcare if you need the car for most of the day, such as a wedding or a day of meetings.
3. Moniic
Moniic is a chauffeur app that books a Rolls-Royce Ghost Black Badge by the hour, with 35 km included for each hour. It is the most flexible option if you want to cancel late.
Cancellation is free up to one hour before pick-up, the most generous here. Airport runs and other point-to-point trips are charged by the meter rather than at a fixed price, and the app does not say whether VAT is included.
Choose Moniic if you want to book quickly in an app and keep the option to cancel late.
4. Pilot & Car
Pilot & Car is a chauffeur company with fixed prices for an airport transfer or a full day in a Ghost, with fuel, Salik and water included.
Its site shows a 4.9 Trustpilot badge, but Trustpilot itself shows 3.8 from only two reviews. Its full-day Ghost at AED 4,500 is one of the lowest day prices here.
Choose Pilot & Car if you want one fixed price for a full day or an airport run.
5. Friends Car Rental
Friends Car Rental offers a Rolls-Royce Cullinan with driver for 10 hours, with fuel, Salik, 350 km and an hour of waiting included. It is the only Cullinan day package here with that much included.
It offers only the Cullinan with a driver, so it suits a day out with a family or a group of four rather than a short ride.
Choose Friends if you want a Cullinan for a full day with almost everything included.
6. Dubai Chauffeur Ride
Dubai Chauffeur Ride is the place for a Rolls-Royce Phantom with driver, the largest and most formal Rolls-Royce, with prices for an airport run, a half day and a full day, VAT included.
It is the most expensive service here, and its cancellation terms are strict, so read them before you pay. It has no reviews on Trustpilot yet.
Choose Dubai Chauffeur Ride if only a Phantom will do.
Services we did not include
Blacklane has offered a Rolls-Royce Ghost in its Platinum class in Dubai since July 2025, but it shows prices only in its app. Silverstone quotes from AED 2,600 an hour but has a Trustpilot score of 2.5 with deposit complaints. Phantom Rent a Car, Edel & Stark and DCR offer a chauffeur but give Rolls-Royce prices only on request.
