The party will be on a Wednesday, four days before Diwali night. So you get one big night out before the family celebrations begin.

The acts named so far are:

  • Afterall: the headliner, who plays Bollywood songs remixed into dance music
  • DJ G2: a Dubai DJ who co-founded the Glitch and Amani party nights, and was named one of the top three Asian DJs in the UAE in 2018 and 2019
  • Vkram: a DJ on the line-up. The organiser has not said more about him yet

The programme lists other acts too, but they have not been named.

Want to hear what Afterall sounds like? Here is his Diwali set in Bangalore from last year.

Arrive early if you want to pay less. The cheaper tickets are for entry before midnight. The Platinumlist booking page may show a higher price than the organiser's list, because fees are added. One of the two ticket sellers lists a 9pm start, with gates closing at 1am, so follow the time on your own ticket.

Diwali Parties in Dubai

A Diwali party in Dubai usually means one of four things:

  • Bollywood nights at clubs and hotels, where a DJ plays Hindi film songs and guests come in Indian festive clothes.
  • Yacht and beach parties, like BollyBoat and Pataakha.
  • Community afternoon parties with lunch, tambola and a best-dressed contest, which are the easiest to bring children to.
  • House parties, which hosts keep to family, friends and neighbours they know.

Only the first three sell tickets or take bookings. Planning a house party instead? Read how to host a Diwali party at home in Dubai, with the food, the d\uécor and the cost.

Several parties that were popular in 2025 have not been announced for 2026 yet. This is not a bad sign. Diwali fell on 20 October in 2025, three weeks earlier than this year, so their news may simply come later.

One organiser has already said a party is coming. Team Innovation Middle East runs Bollywood nights in India and Dubai. On 28 October it posted that it is bringing "the biggest Diwali party" to Dubai, with details to come. The cards below show it, along with what the others did in 2025. A 2025 price is not this year's price, so check their Instagram accounts for news.

Bombay Borough in DIFC has a Diwali tasting menu of several courses from 6 to 11 November, vegetarian or non-vegetarian, for AED 295 plus fees and VAT (about AED 330). Book on +971 54 995 8296.
