Halloween in Abu Dhabi has already started. Warner Bros. World and SeaWorld on Yas Island are running their Halloween programmes now, inside the normal park ticket, and they go on until 1 November. At SeaWorld, small children follow a map and collect sweets at four stations.

Halloween itself is Saturday 31 October 2026, and that day fills up with brunches, kids' parties and late nights. There are 19 choices below, so pick one and book it today.

Halloween in Abu Dhabi 2026

In this guide you will find the two Yas Island parks and Central at Yas Bay first, then the family brunches and kids' parties, then the nights out for adults, each with its price and how to book. After the list you can choose by area and time, see what has not been announced yet, and find a costume.

The two parks and Central publish their own Halloween pages. The rest of the list comes from Time Out Abu Dhabi's guide of 8 October 2026. We checked everything on 12 October 2026. Prices are for one person.

Here are all 19, starting on Yas Island. Each one says "Family" or "Adults", so you can skip what does not fit you.

Halloween Events on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi: the Theme Parks and Central

Yas Island has the longest Halloween season in Abu Dhabi. The two indoor theme parks started on 3 October, so you do not have to wait for the 31st. Central at Yas Bay then adds a Halloween week with free entry.

1. Spooktober at Warner Bros. World, Yas Island

The whole indoor park is decorated for Halloween, and the park says more than 60 spooky characters walk around it. The new live show is Scooby-Doo and the Full Moon Carnival, on the Warner Bros. Plaza stage. Your children can also meet The Flintstones in Halloween costumes and the Gotham City villains.

  • When: Now until 1 November. Show times are not listed online, so read the times board when you enter.
  • Price: Included in park entry. A Single Day Ticket starts from AED 345, with free parking and a shuttle bus. You save 10% when you buy seven days ahead.
  • Who it suits: Family. The park calls the live show fun for all ages. There is no trick or treat trail on this year's page.
  • Book: Open the park's Spooktober page, choose the ticket option, then press "Buy now" on the Single Day Ticket. Phone 600 511115, 9am to 7pm.

2. Spooky Sea-son at SeaWorld Yas Island

Does your small child want to trick or treat? Then this is the park to choose. In the Treasure Hunt Trick-or-Treat, your child collects a map and a candy bag, visits four stations and gets a sweet at each one. There is also Spooky Story Time, a show called Sakina's Spooky Celebration, and characters in costume.

  • When: Now until 1 November. The treasure hunt has run since 8 October. Sweets are in "limited supply daily", so do the hunt early in your visit.
  • Price: Everything is included in park entry. A Single Day Ticket is AED 375 for an adult and AED 320 for a junior, which means a child under 1.1 metres tall. Parking is free. Any two Yas parks in one day cost AED 435.
  • Who it suits: Family, all ages.
  • Book: Open the Spooky Sea-son page and press "Buy Now". Do you hold an Emirates NBD card? The ticket page lists an online price of AED 270 for cardholders.

3. Halloween Week at Central, Yas Bay

Central is a bowling, arcade and restaurant venue on the Yas Bay Waterfront. For one week it serves Halloween milkshakes and food specials, and you pay nothing at the door. Nowhere else on this list has free entry.

  • When: Monday 26 October to Sunday 1 November. Open 4pm to 12am on Monday to Thursday, 12pm to 2am on Friday and Saturday, and 12pm to 12am on Sunday.
  • Price: Free entry. You pay for food, drinks and games. The prices of the Halloween specials are not listed.
  • Who it suits: Family in the day and early evening. Under 16s need a parent with them until 10pm, and under 21s from 10pm to 12am. After 12am it is for guests aged 21 and over only, and staff may ask for ID.
  • Book: Open Central's Halloween Week page and press "Make a reservation". The dress code is smart casual, so ask in your booking if a full costume is fine.

4. Central Teen Brunch, Yas Bay

This brunch is for teenagers only. There is no alcohol, staff supervise, and parents do not attend. Each teen gets a Halloween buffet, unlimited soft drinks and juices, AED 100 of arcade credit, bowling, live DJs and music bingo.

  • When: Friday 30 October, 3pm to 6pm.
  • Price: AED 200 for each teen.
  • Who it suits: Family, and only children aged 12 to 15. You get an information pack with the check-in and collection details, and a consent form to sign.
  • Book: Open the Teen Brunch page and press "Make a reservation". Press "View parent information pack" and read it before the day.

5. Saturday Family Brunch at Central, Yas Bay

Central's weekly family brunch gets a Halloween edition, with themed food, activities and arcade games. On a normal Saturday there is pancake making, face painting, a magician and giant games. The Halloween price is not announced yet, so the prices below are the regular ones.

  • When: Saturday 31 October. The regular brunch runs from 1pm to 4pm, and no other time is listed for Halloween.
  • Price: On a regular Saturday: AED 200 for ages 5 to 12, AED 250 for ages 13 to 20 or the soft drinks package, and AED 350 for adults with alcoholic drinks. Children aged 4 and under are free. Each paid place includes AED 100 of game credit.
  • Who it suits: Family, all ages.

Halloween Brunches in Abu Dhabi for Families, and Kids' Parties

Items 6 to 19: check with the venue before you go

Time Out Abu Dhabi reported the next 14 events, and the venues had not put them on their own websites by 12 October 2026. So call or message the venue first, and ask for the date, the time and the price in writing. Time Out prints some phone numbers with mistakes, so we give a website, an email or a checked number.

One term first. In these prices, "soft" means the package without alcohol, and "house" means the package with alcoholic drinks.

6. McCafferty's, Yas Bay

McCafferty's is the Irish pub in Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island, and its Halloween brunch is the cheapest on this page. You get four hours of unlimited drinks, pub food such as beef sliders and fish and chips, and live music. Dress up if you like: there is a prize for the best costume.

11. Giornotte, The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Canal

This is the Halloween edition of the hotel's Chef's Brunch 2.0, and it runs for one Saturday only. The restaurant is decorated, and there are 39 live food stations, with oysters, pizza and fresh pasta among them. It is also the most expensive brunch on this page.

  • When: Saturday 31 October, 1pm to 4pm.

Halloween Parties in Abu Dhabi for Adults on Saturday 31 October

Seven places are for adults. Two are evening parties, four are afternoon brunches with drinks, and one is in Al Ain. Only Central publishes an age rule. So carry your ID, and ask the age rule when you book.

13. W Lounge, Yas Island

This is the late one. The party at W Abu Dhabi - Yas Island is the only one on this page that runs until 2am, and it has the lowest price for women. The lounge is decorated, and the best costume wins a two-night stay for two with brunch. Second prize is one night for two with brunch, and third is brunch for two.

How to Choose a Halloween Event in Abu Dhabi

Nineteen is a lot to choose from. Three questions cut the list quickly: where you live, what time you are free, and who is coming with you.

Start with the area. Yas Island has the most, with ten of the 19:

Halloween Events in Abu Dhabi That Ran in 2025 and Are Not Announced Yet

Is your favourite from last year missing from the list? Several Halloween events have no 2026 date yet. Every detail in this section is from 2025, so do not plan on the same price or date. Here is what each one was, and what to do now.

  • Spooky Splashdown, Yas Waterworld (2025). It ran from 25 to 31 October 2025, with candy hunts at four stations, face painting and a parade. The park's page now says "Stay tuned for next year's Spooktacular celebrations!" and gives no dates. What to do now: open yaswaterworld.com, go to Events and open Spooky Splashdown. Look again from 19 October. In 2025 the event started only six days before Halloween.
  • Free Halloween playground, Reem Mall (2025). It ran from 30 October to 2 November 2025, from 2pm to 10pm, and it was free. Children registered at a desk on the ground floor, got a "Halloween Post Card" and went trick or treating across the mall. What to do now: open the "Offers & Events" page on reemmall.ae in the last week of October. In 2025 the mall announced the event on the day it started.
  • Snow Abu Dhabi "Spooktacular", Reem Mall (2025). It ran from 24 October to 2 November 2025, with Halloween crafts and rides. The 2025 price was not published. What to do now: check Snow Abu Dhabi's social accounts from 19 October.
  • Trick or treat trail, Warner Bros. World (2025). In 2025 the park had a "Tricketty Treats" trail from 2pm to 6pm each day. It is not on the 2026 Spooktober page. A second park page, "Twick or Tweets", says "Stay Tuned" and has no date. What to do now: if a trail matters to your child, choose SeaWorld, where the treasure hunt is confirmed.
  • Halloween sleepovers, SeaWorld (2025). They were held on 24 and 31 October 2025. No 2026 date is announced. What to do now: check the Events page on seaworldabudhabi.com before you buy a ticket.
  • Ferrari World. It has announced no Halloween programme for 2026, and we saw none in 2025. Do not expect one.

Five hotels and bars with a Halloween event in 2025 have also announced nothing yet:

When should you look again? Last year's Abu Dhabi guides came out between 17 and 30 October. So check once around 19 October and once more from 26 October. Search for "Halloween Abu Dhabi 2026" with the venue's name, and read the date on every result.

Three more things have not been announced for 2026:

  • A mall event. Yas Mall, Reem Mall and The Galleria had posted nothing by 12 October.
  • A ticketed club night. None is on sale. Platinumlist's Abu Dhabi calendar for Halloween said "There are no events this month".
  • Community trick or treating or a pumpkin patch. No organiser has announced one. If you live in a villa community, ask in your residents' group this week.

Halloween Costumes in Abu Dhabi: Where to Buy One

Need a costume? Go to Party Centre, which has two large stores in Abu Dhabi. It sells costumes for children and adults, accessories, decorations, tableware and balloons.

  • Al Wahda Mall store. It is on the 3rd floor, in the mall extension. It opens from 10am to 10pm on Sunday to Wednesday, until 11pm on Thursday, and until 12am on Friday and Saturday. The phone number is 02 445 9595.
  • Al Raha Mall store. It is on the 2nd floor. It opens from 10am to 10pm on Sunday to Thursday, and until 11pm on Friday and Saturday. The phone number is 02 556 5563.

What does a costume cost? On 12 October, licensed children's costumes on Party Centre's site started at AED 135, for example Elsa from Frozen. Spider-Man was AED 155, Captain America was AED 165, and Buzz Lightyear Deluxe was AED 225. The most expensive one we saw was an Elsa box set at AED 345. For adult prices, look on the site or in the store.

Can you order online? Yes, at mypartycentre.com, and shipping is free on orders over AED 200. Same-day delivery is for Dubai only. For Abu Dhabi, the site says orders usually ship within one to two business days, and it does not deliver at weekends. So order by Friday 23 October, or go to a store.

Other guides name more costume shops in Abu Dhabi. We list only Party Centre, because we could check its stores, hours and prices on its own site. For more shops and online stores, read our guide to Halloween costumes in Dubai.

Going From Abu Dhabi to Halloween Events in Dubai

Nothing above fits you? Dubai has theme park Halloween events, haunted attractions and ticketed parties, and a Saturday trip is an option. Our Dubai guides list each event with its price:

How long is the drive? It changes with your start point, so check your map app for your own route, at the hour you plan to travel. Plan the trip home before you book, above all if the event ends after midnight.

Is Halloween Celebrated in Abu Dhabi, and Is It a Public Holiday?

Yes, Abu Dhabi celebrates Halloween, as a social event and not an official one. Theme parks, hotels and restaurants hold events each October, and people of many nationalities join in. You will also see it called spooky season.

Halloween is not a public holiday in the UAE. The government's list of public holidays does not include 31 October. In 2026 the date is a Saturday, which is a weekend day for most people, and schools are closed. In 2025 it was a Friday.

Are there rules about costumes? We know of no official guidance on Halloween costumes or masks. Each venue sets its own rules, so check them before you go. At a hotel bar, ask about masks and prop weapons when you book.
