Where to Rent a Ferrari in Dubai: Roma, F8 Spider and Purosangue at 8 Companies, Cheapest One Day Options
You can rent a Ferrari in Dubai from about AED 1,994 a day for a Portofino, VAT included, at Superior Car Rental. A Roma starts at about AED 2,499, an F8 Spider at about AED 2,573 at Octane, and a Purosangue costs about AED 6,600 at most places. Many companies ask no deposit, but most want drivers aged 25 for a Ferrari and include about 250 km a day.
Where to rent a Ferrari in Dubai comes down to eight places worth comparing, and between them they rent almost every current model, from the Portofino to the Purosangue. The cheapest one-day Ferrari we found is a Portofino at about AED 1,994 with VAT. A Roma starts at about AED 2,499, an F8 Spider at about AED 2,573 and a Purosangue at about AED 6,600.
The same model can cost very different amounts at different places, and some companies show two prices for one car on the same page. So each place below gets the same card, with VAT added where the company leaves it out, and after the list you can see the cheapest place for each model.
Ferrari Rental in Dubai
In this guide you will find the eight places, the cheapest one-day option for each Ferrari model, what the price leaves out, and what tourists need to rent one.
Here are the eight places, starting with the one where the cheapest Ferrari costs least for a day.
1. OneClickDrive
OneClickDrive is a website where Dubai rental companies list their cars, and you book with the company itself. It had 28 Ferraris from 16 companies when we checked, which makes it the quickest way to compare one model across several companies.
Each listing is a different company with its own deposit, age rule and insurance, so read the listing itself and check the company's own reviews before you pay. It had no Roma coupe, 488 or California listed when we checked.
Choose OneClickDrive if you know the model you want and want to see who has it cheapest.
2. Superior Car Rental
Superior, in Al Quoz, has the cheapest Portofino, F8 Tributo and 296 in Dubai when you book at its lowest published price. It has rented supercars since 2011 and has a Trustpilot score of 4.7 from 35 reviews.
Its website cards show higher prices than its own FAQ, for example AED 2,099 against AED 1,899 for the Portofino, so quote the lower figure when you book. Its OneClickDrive listings also carry a "rent three days, get one free" offer. Read the contract closely: Salik costs AED 1.5 extra a gate, there is a speed rule with an AED 2,000 charge from the fourth time you pass 140 km/h, and cancelling gets you a credit note, not a refund.
Choose Superior if you want the cheapest everyday Ferrari from a company with a long record.
3. Octane
Octane is a large Al Quoz supercar company with the cheapest F8 Spider, 812 and Purosangue on any company's own website. It has a Trustpilot score of 4.6 from 62 reviews and delivers anywhere in the UAE.
Its Purosangue price is about half of what every other company charges, so ask Octane to confirm it in writing before you plan around it. Prices on its car pages change with the start date, and its deposit is shown as both AED 5,000 and zero. One recent reviewer paid AED 662 upfront and was then refused the car, so do not pay anything before the price and deposit are confirmed.
Choose Octane if you want an F8 Spider or an 812 at a good price and you are 25 or older.
4. Masterkey (MK Rent a Car)
Masterkey is an Al Quoz company whose prices already include VAT and basic insurance. It rents most current Ferraris, including the Roma Spider, the 296, the SF90 and the Purosangue.
The same page shows two prices for several cars, such as AED 2,699 on the Roma Spider card and AED 2,199 in the price table, and its FAQ gives a third range for the SF90 and Purosangue. Ask for the table price in writing. Salik, fuel and fines are on you, and the car comes full and must go back full.
Choose Masterkey if you want a Roma Spider or a 296 GTB and can get the table price confirmed.
5. Rentop
Rentop is a smaller booking website for partner rental companies, with 15 Ferraris, 14 of them with no deposit, and you pay when the car is delivered. It has one of the cheapest Romas we found.
Rentop does not say whether VAT is in its prices, so ask before you compare it with the others. Salik is counted and paid at the end. Like OneClickDrive, the company behind each car sets its own age rule.
Choose Rentop if you want no deposit and prefer to pay only when the car arrives.
6. Friends Car Rental
Friends Car Rental asks no deposit on any car and takes drivers from 21 with a licence held for a year, which makes it one of the easiest places to rent a Ferrari if you are under 25.
Its standard price includes only third-party insurance, so damage to the Ferrari itself is on you unless you buy extra cover. Salik is AED 5 a gate, billed at the end. Its card and table prices differ too, so confirm the price first.
Choose Friends if you are between 21 and 25, or you do not want any money held on your card.
7. Trinity Rental
Trinity Rental, in Al Quoz, gives one all-in price: VAT, Salik tolls and a full tank are included, and there is no deposit. On a busy day of driving that can make it cheaper than a lower headline price elsewhere.
Visitors need an International Driving Permit at Trinity even if their home licence is accepted in the UAE. Keep the car longer and the price falls fast: the Roma Spider drops to AED 2,690 a day for four to seven days.
Choose Trinity if you want to know the full price before you start, with nothing billed afterwards.
8. Paddock Rent a Car
Paddock lets you pay when the car is delivered, with no prepayment, and gives Emirates Skywards miles for each day you rent. It says it has 4.8 stars from 587 Google reviews.
The no-deposit offer is "subject to approval", and if you are not approved a deposit applies that the site does not state. Its Portofinos show "price on request". Salik, fuel, parking and fines are added at the end.
Choose Paddock if you collect Skywards miles or want to pay only on delivery.
Places we left out
We did not include Rotana Star, whose Trustpilot score is 2.0 with repeated complaints about deposits and wrong cars; Luxury Supercar Rentals, where a recent reviewer says they paid and never received the car; or Luxury Sport Cars Dubai, which shows every Ferrari as "price on request". Renty's Ferrari pages could not be read when we checked.
Which Ferrari Is Cheapest to Rent for a Day?
The Portofino is the cheapest Ferrari to rent in Dubai, at about AED 1,994 for a day with VAT at Superior. The F8 Tributo comes next at about AED 2,099, and the Purosangue, the four-door Ferrari SUV, costs about AED 6,600 at most places.
No one listed a Ferrari California when we checked; the Portofino and Roma Spider are the closest open-top Ferraris you can rent now.
How Much Does It Cost to Rent a Ferrari in Dubai?
A day in a Ferrari costs about AED 2,000 to 3,700 in Dubai for most models, and about AED 6,600 to 9,000 for a Purosangue, before extras. Renting for longer cuts the daily price: at Octane a Roma is AED 2,450 for one day but AED 2,150 a day for a week, before VAT.
The extras that change the bill are the same everywhere:
- VAT. Octane, Superior, Paddock, Friends and OneClickDrive show prices without the 5%.
- Kilometres. Most include 250 km a day; Octane includes 200. Extra kilometres cost AED 5 to 30, and more on some cars.
- Salik. Billed per toll gate after the rental, often with a fee on top. Trinity includes it.
- Insurance. Basic cover is included, but you pay an excess if you damage the car, and none of these companies publishes the figure for its Ferraris.
Can you rent a Ferrari for 1 hour?
None of the eight places shows an hourly Ferrari price; the shortest rental is a day. If you only want a short drive, ask the company directly, as some will quote for a few hours, but expect to pay close to a full day.
Which Ferrari Should You Rent?
Pick by what the day is for. If you want the roof down, rent a convertible; if you want speed, rent the SF90 or an 812; and if you are travelling with others, the Purosangue is the only Ferrari with four full seats.
The Portofino and the Roma also have two small back seats, fine for a child or a bag, and they are the easiest Ferraris to drive in city traffic.
Can Tourists Rent a Ferrari in Dubai?
Yes, tourists can rent a Ferrari in Dubai with a passport, a visit visa, a credit card in their own name and a driving licence the UAE accepts. If your licence is not from a country the UAE recognises, you also need an International Driving Permit from home.
Get an International Driving Permit in your home country before you travel.
Your home licence is accepted by law. Some companies, such as Trinity and Octane, still ask for an IDP.
Ask the company which documents it wants before you book.
The minimum age is the bigger hurdle. The law allows renting from 21, but Superior, Octane and Paddock set 25 for a Ferrari, and Octane also wants a licence held for three years. Friends Car Rental and Trinity take drivers from 21 on some cars. For an everyday car, see our guide to the best car rental apps in Dubai.
Before You Book: Get These Confirmed
Prices for the same Ferrari often differ between a company's own pages, so a short WhatsApp message saves money and arguments later.
- Confirm the price for your dates. Ask for the daily price with VAT, and quote the lowest figure you saw on their site or listing.
- Confirm the deposit and how it is taken. A card hold is safer than a cash payment, and Dubai's rules say it should be released within 30 days if there are no fines or damage.
- Ask about the excess and the rules. What you pay if the car is damaged, the kilometre limit and the price per extra km, and any speed rules in the contract.
- Check the car on arrival. Film it all round, with the fuel level and km reading, before you sign.
- Keep the paperwork. Fines and Salik arrive after you return the car and come out of the deposit, often with an admin fee.
If your deposit is not returned
Complain to Dubai's consumer protection office at consumerrights.ae or on 600 545555. This applies to companies with a Dubai trade licence.
