GITEX Global 2026 Registration Link

Registration is online, so you can do it from Dubai or from abroad. Do you still have an older link from an email? In September the form was at mktg.gitex.com/2026-visitor-reg. That old link now forwards to the new page, so both end in the same place:

GITEX Dubai, GITEX 2026, GITEX Global Dubai: one registration

The show has several names. You will see GITEX Dubai, GITEX 2026, GITEX Global Dubai, or simply the GITEX exhibition. They all mean the same event, and they all use this one form.

The show has also moved. Last year it was held in October at the Dubai World Trade Centre, so old links and old advice may be wrong.

How to Register for GITEX Global 2026 Online

Let's walk through it. Here is the whole path first:

And here is what to do at each step:

1. Open the official registration page, [visit.gitex.com](https://visit.gitex.com/). You will see several passes. The Visitor Pass has the label "EARLY BIRD".
2. Press BUY NOW on the Visitor Pass card. The form opens on the same site, with the pass selected.
3. Enter your personal details. The form asks for your email address twice.
4. Enter your work details. These include your Company Type.
5. Answer three questions. They cover the visa invitation letter, the invoice and product categories.
6. Enter your promo code, if you have one. Press APPLY and look at the total.
7. Tick the boxes and check the total. Read the line "Total Including 5% VAT" before you submit.

We stopped there. We did not submit the form, so we cannot describe the payment screen.

GITEX Registration Form: What Each Field Means

The GITEX registration form has 13 fields, and every one is required. Here is how they are grouped:

The work part is small, but it is where people stop and think.

Personal details

Two of the seven personal fields need care:

• Your name. Type it carefully, because it goes on your badge.
• Your mobile phone. The code is set to +971, the UAE code. Change it if your number is from another country.

Work details and Company Type

GITEX Global 2026 is a trade event, which means it is for people who work in or with the industry. So the form asks for your Company Name, Job Title and Company Type.

Company Type is the first place where people lose time. There are 11 options, and the form does not explain them:

So which one are you? Choose the closest honest match. As we read them, Corporate fits a large private employer, SME fits a small business or a freelancer, and Academia fits people who study or teach.

Here is the good news. Company Type is not printed on the sample badge that the form shows. Your job title and company name are, so spend your care on those.

GITEX visa invitation letter and invoice

The form asks two Yes or No questions:

• "Do You Require A Visa Invitation Letter?" This is a letter from the organiser that supports a visa application. Answer Yes only if you need a visa to enter the UAE.
• "Do you require invoice?" Answer Yes if your employer will pay you back.

Product categories

Last, press SELECT PRODUCT CATEGORIES and choose at least one of the 35 categories. Examples are Artificial Intelligence, Cyber security and Cloud Services.

GITEX Registration Fee: Is Registration Free?

No, GITEX registration is not free. There is no separate registration fee either. The fee is the price of the Visitor Pass, and it has two levels:

• AED 480 is the early bird price. The page says it expires on 25 October 2026.
• AED 650 is the full price, which the page shows struck through.

Both include 5% VAT. On those two prices, waiting past 25 October would cost you AED 170. The page does not say that AED 650 will apply from 26 October.

The other passes on the ticket page

The ticket page now lists more passes than the Visitor Pass. These are the prices we read on 23 October 2026, with 5% VAT included:

The two student passes say "Subject to approval", and you press "Apply now" instead of buying. The page also offers a group booking option.

The registration fee has changed twice

Now for the part most people miss. We read the official form and ticket page on three dates, and they were not the same:

• On 15 September 2026, it listed two visitor passes. One was GITEX GLOBAL at AED 630. The other was an Expand North Star pass marked "FREE".
• On 3 October 2026, it listed one Visitor Pass at AED 465. It was the same on 11 October.
• On 23 October 2026, the ticket page showed the Visitor Pass at AED 480, with AED 650 struck through. The early bird date was now 25 October.

So the listed price fell by AED 165, and the free pass disappeared. Expand North Star, the startup show, is now inside the paid Visitor Pass.

What does this mean for you? This page can change without notice. Do not rely on a price from last month, or even on this guide. Read the total on the day you register.

GITEX Registration With a Promo Code

GITEX registration with a promo code happens on the same form. The promo code box is in the panel on the right, with an APPLY button. The form prints this line there:

“"Full amount selected. Promo code can be entered if available."”

This is the second place where people lose money. They forget the box and submit at the full amount. The order matters:

We had no code to test, so we did not see a discount ourselves. But the rule is simple. If the total has not changed, your code has not been applied.

The Four Tick Boxes on the GITEX Registration Form: What You Agree To

The form ends with four tick boxes. Most people tick all four without reading, and that is the third mistake. Only two of them are required:

You can leave boxes 1 and 2 empty and still register. Box 2 lets exhibitors, sponsors and partners use your details for their own marketing.

Box 3 is about badge scanning, and the important word in it is "allow". Each scan is your choice, at each stand.

Who is inD Events FZE?

The text above the boxes says that "inD Events FZE will process your personal data". The show's organiser is the Dubai World Trade Centre. The form does not explain how the two are connected, and we will not guess.

Your GITEX Badge and the GITEX App

The form shows a sample of the GITEX badge. It tells you which of your answers other people will see:

Two things follow from this:

• Check your spelling before you submit. Your badge is built from what you type.
• Write a job title that a stranger will understand. People at a stand will read it first.

GITEX badge download, badge print and the GITEX app

Many people ask how to download the GITEX pass or print the GITEX badge. The honest answer is that the organiser has not announced this yet.

The pass also includes a "Mobile App for networking & matchmaking". People search for the GITEX Plus app, its download and its login. But the ticket page gives no app name, link or login steps, so we do not give them.

GITEX Global 2026 Registration: Three Things You Will Be Told

Here are three things people say, tested against the official pages.

"Registration for Expand North Star is free"

This was true in September, and it is not what the form shows now. The Expand North Star website now offers only "PRE-REGISTER TO VISIT" and "APPLY FOR FOUNDER'S PASS". The first is a form to register your interest. It is not a pass.

"You can register at the door"

Maybe, but nobody has said so. On-site registration has not been announced as of 11 October 2026, and this is the first year at Expo City Dubai.

"A website has a GITEX promo code for you"

The form says only that a code can be entered "if available". So test it yourself. If the total does not change, the code does not work.

What Can Go Wrong When You Register for GITEX Global

None of these problems is serious, but each one costs you something:

A five-minute check before you open the form

Have these six things ready, and the form will take five minutes:

1. The spelling of your name, as you want it on your badge.
2. An email address that you check often.
3. Your mobile number, with the right country code.
4. Your job title, company name and Company Type.
5. Your answers on the visa invitation letter and the invoice.
6. Your promo code, if you have one.

Then three questions tell you what to do:

Here is the rule. If you know you will go, register on or before 25 October 2026. After that date, waiting for a promo code may cost you AED 170.

GITEX Global 2026 Registration: What Is Not Announced Yet

As of 11 October 2026, the organiser has not announced:

• the daily opening hours
• the floor plan
• how you will collect or print your badge
• if you can register at the venue
• a refund policy
