In this guide, you will find the exhibitor list as a PDF and as the official list. Then come the hall plan, visitor registration, timings, who can go and how to get there.
Gulfood Manufacturing 2026 Exhibitor List
The organisers have published the official exhibitor list on their website. Every company has a page there, with its country, hall and stand number.
Many visitors still want the list as a PDF. With one file on your phone, you can see every company at once, choose whom to visit and find a hall and stand in seconds, even when the signal inside the halls is weak.
So our team turned the official list into one PDF, with each company's hall and stand. You get both here: our PDF and the official list.
We compiled this PDF from the official Gulfood Manufacturing exhibitor list on 2 November 2026 at 5.20am GST, and it has 1,393 companies from 63 countries. It is not the official list, so check the official list for the latest changes, such as new exhibitors or a changed stand.
How to download the Gulfood Manufacturing exhibitor list PDF
- Press "Download the PDF" above. The file opens in a new tab.
- Save the file to your phone. Tap the share or download icon, then choose Save to Files or Download.
- Open it once while you still have signal. After that, it opens without the internet.
- Search the file for a company name. Use the search or "Find in page" option in your PDF viewer.
How to use the exhibitor list before your visit
Look through the whole PDF first, then make a short list. Plan your days in three steps:
- Scan the list once. Note every company you want to meet, and why.
- Group them by hall. Visit one hall at a time, so you do not cross the venue again and again.
- Check the official list the day before. Open the official exhibitor list and look up each company on your short list, because halls and stands can change right up to the show.
On the official list, you can filter by country, by category or by sector, such as Processing and Packaging, Ingredients, Supply Chain or Automation and Control. Open a company to see its stand, for example "Stand No - B1-4, Hall No - Hall 1" for Krones from Germany.
What Is Gulfood Manufacturing?
Gulfood Manufacturing is a trade show for the companies that make food and drink, not for the food itself. On the show floor, you will see:
- Processing: processing lines and factory automation
- Packaging: filling and packaging machines
- Ingredients: ingredients for food and drink makers
- Logistics: cold-chain logistics
Dubai World Trade Centre runs the show every November.
It is a different show from Gulfood, the large food and drink show early in the year where producers show finished products. For that show, read our Gulfood 2026 guide.
Three smaller shows will run at the same time, in the same building:
- ISM Middle East: sweets and snacks
- GulfHost: kitchen and hospitality equipment for hotels and restaurants
- Private Label Middle East: own-brand products and contract manufacturing
There will also be a talks programme, the FoodTech Summit, with more than 100 speakers on food security, artificial intelligence and automation. The organisers will also run guided Innovation Tours of new technology on the show floor.
Gulfood Manufacturing 2026 Floor Plan
The official floor plan is a hall map on the Gulfood Manufacturing home page. It shows which part of the show is in which hall, but not single stands. For a stand, use the exhibitor list above.
This is how the halls are split:
The map lists Za'abeel Hall 1 under both Processing and Packaging and Private Label Middle East, so if your company is in Za'abeel Hall 1, check its exact stand on the official list.
Gulfood Manufacturing 2026 Registration
You must register online before the show. The organisers say the show is "strictly for Trade and Business Professionals only", and they may ask for proof that you work in the trade before they give you a badge.
- Open the visitor registration page. Press "Register to visit" in the box at the top of this page to open visit.gulfoodmanufacturing.com.
- Fill in your details. Use your work email and give your company name and job, because the organisers check that you are a trade visitor.
- Look for the confirmation email. If it does not arrive, check your junk folder. If it is still missing, write to Support@gulfoodmanufacturing.com.
- Keep your badge on your phone. Bring it to the show with a photo ID.
The official site does not list a visitor fee. If there is a charge, the registration page will show it before you confirm, so read that screen carefully before you pay anything.
Your badge is only for you. Badges are not transferable, so a colleague cannot use yours.
Gulfood Manufacturing 2026 Timings
The halls will open at 10am every day. They will close at 6pm on Tuesday and Wednesday, and at 5pm on Thursday 5 November.
Plan the last day carefully. The halls will close an hour earlier, and many exhibitors start to pack up near the end.
Who Can Visit Gulfood Manufacturing?
Only trade and business professionals aged 18 and over can go in. The organisers will not let in the general public or anyone under 18, even children with a parent.
So a student under 18 cannot visit, even with a school group, and the staff at the door will likely turn away an adult who does not work in the food trade.
How to Get to Gulfood Manufacturing at Dubai World Trade Centre
The easiest way is the Dubai Metro. World Trade Centre station on the Red Line is next to the venue, and trains run every few minutes from 5am to 1am.
Pick the option that suits where you start from. The Metro or the free shuttle saves you looking for a space, because the show does not say where visitors can park.
Things to Know Before You Go
- Carry photo ID. Bring a passport, a photo driving licence or a national ID card, because staff may ask to see it with your badge.
- Leave big bags behind. You cannot take trolleys or luggage bags into the halls.
- Do not take samples out. Dubai Municipality rules say food and drink samples must stay in the halls.
- Look at the hotel offers if you are travelling. The show's website has a Hotels page with offers near the venue.
