Automechanika Dubai 2026 Exhibitor List

The organisers of Automechanika Dubai have published the official exhibitor list on their website. You can search it by company name or by product group, and it has a floor plan view of the halls.

But many visitors want the list as a PDF. With one file on your phone, you can see every company at once, decide who to visit and find a hall or stand in seconds, even with a weak signal inside the halls.

How to download the Automechanika Dubai exhibitor list PDF

How to use the exhibitor list at the show

The organiser expects more than 1,200 brands at this year's show. That is more than the 1,021 companies in our PDF, because many companies show several brands and some exhibitors join late. You cannot see them all in a day, so plan before you go. This is how we recommend you use the PDF:

1. Scan the whole list once. Mark every company you sell to, buy from or want to meet.
2. Make a shortlist and group it by hall. Walking one hall at a time saves you a lot of time on the show floor.
3. Check the official list the day before you go. Stands can change, and new exhibitors can join. Open the official Automechanika Dubai exhibitor list, search each company on your shortlist, and note any change.

What Is Automechanika Dubai?

Automechanika Dubai is the region's big trade fair for the automotive aftermarket. Companies come to show spare parts, tyres, oils, tools, paint, car wash products and garage software, and buyers come to find new suppliers and sign deals.

Messe Frankfurt Middle East runs the show, and it is one of 16 Automechanika fairs around the world. This year the organiser expects about 30,000 trade buyers from the Middle East, Africa and beyond.

You get a free personalised certificate for each session you attend. The best-known speakers will be at Innovation4Mobility: the self-driving car pioneer Sebastian Thrun and the former Formula 1 team boss Guenther Steiner.

Automechanika Dubai 2026 Floor Plan and Halls

The Dubai Exhibition Centre is a new building with long, column-free halls, so stands are easier to see than in older venues. The venue has a North Hall and a South Hall, both entered from the Arrivals Plaza. Visitors walk between them through the North and South Concourses.

You have three ways to see where each company stands:

• The venue map PDF: the organiser has published a one-page map of the 2026 show, so save it to your phone before you leave home.
• The floor plan view of the official exhibitor list: it shows the stands in the halls, and you can open a company from there.
• The Automechanika Dubai app: it has an interactive floor plan that you can view without logging in, but you need to log in to book meetings.

The official pages do not tie the product sections to fixed halls, so use the stand number from the exhibitor list, not the section name, to find a company.

Automechanika Dubai 2026 Visitor Registration

Visitor registration for Automechanika Dubai 2026 is open now, on the organiser's registration website. You register online before the show, and the organiser emails you a QR code for your badge. Messe Frankfurt's own event listing says admission is free of charge for trade visitors, and the registration website shows no price.

This is the whole process:

Step 1: Open the registration website

Go to the official Automechanika Dubai 2026 registration page. The page is in English and shows the show name with "10 - 12 November 2026" at the top.

Step 2: Choose your badge

The page lists several badges. As a trade visitor, press Visitor Badge.

The other buttons are for other people:

• Redeem voucher: use this if an exhibitor has sent you a voucher code. You type the code there instead of choosing a badge.
• VIP Badge, Speaker Badge, Premium Club Badge and Media Badge: these are for invited guests, speakers and journalists. Use them only if the organiser has asked you to.

Step 3: Fill in the form

The form opens on the next page. You can continue as a guest with your email address, or create an account with a password if you want to log in again later. The official pages do not list every question on the form. Have your company name and job title ready, because the show is for trade visitors.

One email address can register only one person. If you are registering colleagues, each of them needs their own email address. If you see "Already registered, please use an alternative email", someone has already used that email address.

Step 4: Check your email

After you register, the organiser emails you your login details and the QR code for your badge. If you cannot find the email, check your spam or junk folder. Keep the email on your phone and bring it to the show. The official pages do not say whether you print the badge at the venue, so carry the QR code on your phone and ask at the entrance.

Step 5: Log in to the app

Download the Automechanika Dubai app, then set it up in three steps:

1. Log in: use the details from the email.
2. Check your profile: the app asks you to do this on your first login.
3. Plan your visit: search exhibitors, save them and book meetings. Visitors can book as many meetings as they like.

If you forget your password, use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page.

Is Automechanika Dubai free?

Yes, for trade visitors. There are no tickets to buy. You register for a visitor badge instead. If someone offers to sell you a "ticket", do not pay: register yourself on the official page.

Automechanika Dubai 2026 Dates and Timings

Automechanika Dubai 2026 will run from Tuesday 10 to Thursday 12 November 2026, from 10am to 6pm each day. All three days are weekdays, so most visitors will come during their working week.

The awards ceremony will be on Wednesday 11 November, so the halls may be busier that day.

The official visitor page shows the hours as "10 AM - 6 AM", which is a typing mistake. The show's home page and Messe Frankfurt's event listing both give 10am to 6pm. The organiser has not given a last-entry time, so arrive by 5pm if you want a full hour inside.

Who Can Attend Automechanika Dubai?

Automechanika Dubai is for trade professionals only. You need to work in the car business, for example as one of these:

• Garages and workshops: owners and mechanics
• Parts trade: dealers and distributors
• Fleets: fleet managers
• Car care: car wash and detailing businesses
• Buyers: purchasing staff for any of these companies

Nobody under 18 is allowed into the exhibition halls. The organiser is strict about this, so do not bring children.

It is not a car show for the public. You will not see new car launches or test drives. If you are a car fan but do not work in the industry, this is not the event for you.

How to Get to Automechanika Dubai 2026 at Expo City

The easiest way to get there is the Dubai Metro. The Expo 2020 station on the Red Line is right in front of the Dubai Exhibition Centre. For 22 years the show was at Dubai World Trade Centre, so regular visitors should take care not to go there out of habit.

By Metro

Take the Red Line towards Expo 2020. The Red Line splits into two branches after Jabal Ali station, and some trains go to UAE Exchange instead, so check that the screen on the train says Expo 2020. Get off at the last stop and walk to the venue.

By car

Search "Dubai Exhibition Centre" in your maps app. The drive usually takes:

• From Dubai Marina: about 20 minutes.
• From Downtown Dubai: about 30 minutes.
• From Dubai International Airport: about 35 to 45 minutes.

Parking at the venue is paid and open 24 hours. The organiser has not published the parking fee. Parking for people of determination is near the entrances.

By taxi, Uber or Careem

RTA taxis start at AED 5, or AED 12 if you book one by calling 04 208 0808. The organiser also offers a discount code for Uber and Careem trips to and from the venue. You get it through a "Get the code" link on the official arrival page, but that link was not working on 1 November 2026.

Things to Know Before You Go

• Bring your QR code. Keep the registration email on your phone, and charge your phone before you leave.
• Install the app the day before. You can book meetings with exhibitors before the doors open.
• There is free Wi-Fi. The network is called DEC_Free_WiFi.
• The venue has prayer rooms, food outlets and a photocopying centre. It is fully wheelchair accessible, with free wheelchairs in the concourses.
• The organiser has not set a dress code. It is a business event, so smart work clothes are the safe choice.
• Staying over? The organiser offers show rates on hotels through HotelMap. Hotels near Metro stations in Business Bay, Downtown Dubai and Dubai Internet City make the trip easy.
